The episode starts with Shiv Shakti feeding food to each other. Keertan looks at Shiv Shakti and thinks this is going to be their last meal.
Manorama gives blood to Dharam. Koyal thanks Manorama for giving blood to Dharam. Manorama says she is ready to give her life or take life for Dharam. Koyal says Kishore was right and says no one can compare with the relationship of a mother.
Shakti while playing in the rain sees that her slippers have torn. Shiv takes Shakti’s slippers to fix them. Keertan comes in a van and he pulls Shakti into the van and leaves from there. Shakti calls for Dr Shiv. Shiv shouts for Shakti and he witnesses Shakti being taken away. Shiv tries to follow the van but he slips and falls on the ground.
Koyal begs Manorama to stop this fight as they both want Dharam to be happy. Koyal asks Manorama to forgive her. Manorama reminds Koyal that she raised her hand at her and asks Koyal why should she forgive her. Koyal says she is right and says Koyal will punish herself. Koyal slaps herself and asks Manorama to forgive her. Manorama stops Koyal and asks Koyal if she loves Dharam so much. Manorama accepts Koyal for Dharam.
Shiv thinks of how to find Shakti. It is shown Shiv asks Shakti what should he do when someone seperates her from him like Tiger. Shakti says she will leave clues so that he can find her. Shiv decides to go in the direction that the van went in.
Koyal asks Manorama if Dharam will get better. Manorama says they will both pray for Dharam. The nurse comes and says Dharam has regained consciousness.
Shakti takes off the mask and sees that it is Keertan. Keertan mocks Shakti.
Bhagwati prays to God for Shiv Shakti’s well being. Bhagwati’s Diya falls on the ground. Bhagwati thinks of it as bad omen. Bhagwati asks Raghunath to bring Shiv Shakti back and says they are in big trouble. Raghunath tries to explain to Bhagwati that Shakti and Shiv are not in any danger but Bhagwati doesn’t listen to Raghunath.
Shakti sees Keertan distracted. Shakti throws her phone through the window.
Manorama says to Koyal that she will tell Kashyap family that Koyal is going to stay tonight at their home and take care of Dharam. Manorama sees Shakti made a lot of calls so she calls back but a lorry runs over Shakti’s phone. Shiv sees that Shakti’s phone is broken. Shiv still thinks Shakti is leaving clues for him to follow.
Keertan says to Shakti that she made a mistake marrying Shiv and saying no to him. Keertan says she still has time and asks Shakti to think about it. Shakti slaps Keertan as an answer. Keertan slaps back Shakti and says if she will not belong to him then she will not belong to anyone.
