The episode starts with Raghunad saying to Shiv that he needs to give up his dad if he wants to save the hospital. Padma praises Mandira for her ploy. Shakti asks Shiv not to sign on his resignation. Shiv agrees to sign on his resignation. Shakti tries to ask Shiv about his decision. Shiv says to Shakti that if he has to choose between the hospital and Raghunad he will always choose his father. Shiv says to Shakti that he understands the pain of losing a loved one and says he can’t go through that pain again. Shakti says to Shiv that he doesn’t need to choose anyone and asks Shiv to wait for a while. Shiv apologises to Shakti and says if he waits anymore then his father might think that he doesn’t value their relationship and says he can’t wait anymore. Shiv takes the pen to sign on the papers. Shakti takes the pen from Shiv. Raghunad asks Shakti how dare she to take the pen away from Shiv. Shakti apologises to Raghunad and says she knew someone might tamper with the evidence that’s why she also brought a witness. Shiv asks Shakti where is the witness?
Mandira sees that it is the nurse whom she asked to keep a lookout and make sure anyone doesn’t open the research room door. Shakti reminds Shiv that this is the nurse who was on the lookout at the research room. Shakti asks the nurse to tell the truth who ordered her to be on the lookout. Bhagwati sees Mandira signaling the nurse not to open her mouth. Bhagwati shouts at Shakti and says until she is alive no outsider will point a finger at her family. Bhagwati says to everyone that what Shakti is saying the truth and there is no need for the nurse’s testimony. Bhagwati says to everyone that a member of their family wants Shiv not to be the MD and manage the hospital. Bhagwati takes Mandira’s name. Bhagwati says she was silent when Shiv’s photo came in the newspaper, when Shiv is about stay in jail for 3 days but Shakti opened her eyes as an outsider is fighting for her son and says she is staying silent. Bhagwati says she can’t stay silent anymore. Bhagwati comes in front of Mandira and slaps Padma. Bhagwati says to everyone that this is the person who is trying to destroy Shiv’s life. Mandira says Padma would never do something like this. Bhagwati says she also wouldn’t believe it if she hadn’t heard it with her own ears.
It is shown Bhagwati sees Padma taking Nandu to a side. Bhagwati goes after them. Padma asks Nandu why is everyone happy instead of being sad? Padma makes Nandu swear on him and asks Nandu to tell the truth. Nandu agrees and tells the truth to Padma. Padma sends Nandu away and calls Mandira and says to Mandira that Shakti is coming with proof against them at 7:30 pm and asks Mandira to do something if not their plans will fail.
Mandira comes to Shakti and says to Shakti that this is also her trick. Mandira praises herself and asks Shakti now how is she going to expose her and save Shiv.
