The episode starts with Shakti asking Shiv to think about where he saw Ranjan? Shiv tries to think about it but he couldn’t recall anything. Mandira eavesdrops on their conversation and thinks Shiv will only recall something if he has memory.
Dharam asks the Mehandi designer to design for Koyal. The designer teases Dharam.
Ranjan comes to Dharam and distracts him. Ranjan throws the pill into one of the drinks. Ranjan asks Dharam to give this drink to Shiv and he will serve the others. Dharam agrees.
Ranjan tells his friends that once Shiv drinks the Sharbat he will lose consciousness. Ranjan asks his friends to take Shiv outside and he is going to distract Shakti. Ranjan says they break his hands and legs and throw him on a highway.
Dharam comes and offers Sharbat to Shiv. Shiv asks Dharam to drink it. Dharam says he can’t have sugar and asks Shiv to drink Sharbat. Shiv and Dharam put aside the Sharbat and they compare each other biceps. Shakti asks Shiv to first drink Sharbat and offers him Sharbat.
Ranjan asks Brij Kishore where is Shakti? Brij Kishore calls for Shakti. Shakti goes to Brij Kishore hearing his voice.
Shiv is about to drink the spiked Sharbat but Manorama stops Shiv and takes the Sharbat. Manorama reminds Shiv that he is an uninvited guest and takes the Sharbat away from him. Ranjan thinks if Manorama drinks the Sharbat it will be trouble.
Ranjan decides to take the Sharbat from Manorama. Shakti comes to Shiv and sees that Ranjan is stalking Manorama. Ranjan sees Raghunath and Kamalnath and hides from them. Shakti says to Shiv that Ranjan is hiding from Raghunath and Kamalnath. Shiv and Shakti decide to keep an eye on Ranjan.
Mandira thinks she has to separate Shiv and Shakti before they find out about Ranjan? Mandira thinks she has to open the box before they find out about Ranjan. Mandira searches for Nandu. Padma thinks what is in the box?
Mandira comes to Keertan and asks Keertan to take care of this box. Padma seeing this thinks she can find out what is in the box under Keertan’s watch.
Ranjan comes to Manorama and says to Manorama that she needs to give this Sharbat back to Shiv if not Shiv threatened that he would beat him up. Manorama hearing this agrees to give back the Sharbat back to Shiv. Shiv and Shakti are shown to be keeping an eye on Ranjan.
Mandira asks Nandu where did he go? Nandu says he forgot the medicine in the house and he went and brought it back. Mandira praises Nandu and asks Nandu how is he going to make Shiv take this medicine. Nandu puts the medicine in a sweet. Mandira video records Nandu putting the medicine in the sweet. Nandu says Shiv will never say no to sweets. Nandu leaves from there.
Keertan asks Mandira why is she recording Nandu? Mandira says she is going to hit two birds with one stone. Mandira says today Shiv’s secret is going to come in front of everyone.
Manorama searches for Shiv. Nandu sees Shiv and takes the sweet to him.
