The episode starts with Keertan saying to Shakti that he would like to marry her. Shakti asks Keertan to leave and tries to leave from there but Keertan holds Shakti’s hand.
Keertan pleads with Shakti to give him a chance and says to Shakti that he will make all her wishes come true. Mandira comes to the chemistry lab and shouts at Keertan.
Mandira comes to Keertan. Shakti says to Keertan that she knows he was playing a game and he doesn’t want to marry Shakti. Shakti asks Keertan why is he doing this. Mandira tries to talk to Shakti. Shakti asks Mandira why couldn’t she leave her family and her alone. Shakti decides to tell the truth to Shiv.
Shakti’s classmates ask Shakti where is she going as now it is time for Anatomy class. Shakti sees Shiv and thinks if Shiv knows that she is bunking the class again then Shiv might be mad at her. Shakti decides to go to class.
Mandira scolds Keertan for trying to tell the truth to Shakti. Keertan argues with Mandira and says he only wants Shakti and he will do anything for it. Keertan says to Mandira that it’s time for him to see his patients and leaves from there. Mandira thinks whoever gets treated by Keertan will be dead.
Rimjim asks Manorama to convince Shakti to the marriage with Shiv as they raised her till now and took care of her. Manorama says to Rimjim that they took care of Shakti because Shakti is her daughter and she is her sister. Manorama asks Rimjim to never forget about it. Rimjim comments on Manorama and leaves from there. Kishore asks Manorama what is going on as the kids who used to fight for toys are now fighting like enemies.
Mandira brings a police officer to Keertan when he is seeing the patients. Mandira says to Keertan that police officer came here as they got information that there are fake doctors in their hospital. The police says he handled a lot of cases in which the doctors join in the hospital using fake certificates and due to that a lot of patients might be at risk. Mandira comments on the fake doctors and asks Keertan to show all of the doctor certificates to the police officer. The police officer says there is no need for it and asks Mandira to contact him if she suspects anyone. Mandira agrees. The police officer leaves from there. Mandira says to Keertan that until he is with her nothing will happen to him. Keertan thanks Mandira. Mandira says now his tone is better.
Shakti runs into Shiv. Shiv and Shakti collide their heads. Shakti collides her head with Shiv again saying if they collide their head only once there is a chance that they will get into an argument again. Shakti says to Shiv that she would like to tell him something. Shakti says to Shiv how much his friendship means to her and pleads Shiv not to break off this friendship. Shiv says to Shakti that she is a very special person but she only made one mistake that is doing friendship with him. Shakti promises to Shiv that she will never marry him.
