The episode starts with Purnendu ji making a comment on Shiv Shakti to Mandira. Purnendu says before Shakti entered into Shiv’s life he felt that Shakti was coming to Shiv’s life. Mandira recalls what happened and thinks Shakti coincidentally or intentionally came to save Shiv all the time. Purnendu ji says to Mandira that Shiv and Shakti are born to be together. Mandira says to Purnendu Ji that she will not allow that to happen. Purnendu ji asks Mandira to try her best but she will not be able to stop Shakti.
Rimjim says to Shakti that she loves someone but he doesn’t love her. Shakti asks Rimjim who is it that doesn’t love her? Rimjim says to Shakti that it is Keertan. Rimjim says to Shakti about how Keertan proposed to her at the Ghat and later started insulting her calling her shameless, characterless, etc. Rimjim says to Shakti that this marriage isn’t a compromise for her. Rimjim says to Shakti that a guy like Ranjan came forward to marry her and says it’s enough for her. Ranjan overhears Shakti and Rimjim’s conversation. Ranjan says to Shakti and Rimjim that he doesn’t want a woman who is left by others? Ranjan says to them that he is breaking off this engagement. Manorama worries about Rimjim hearing this.
Shiv sees Nandu with his luggage. Shiv asks Nandu where is he going? Nandu says he doesn’t know. Nandu says to Shiv that his mother deserves that punishment as Padma tried to take away his dream. Nandu asks Shiv to take care of himself. Nandu is about to leave from there but Shiv stops Nandu and says to Nandu that he isn’t going anywhere. Shiv says to Nandu how much he is important to him.
Ranjan gets a call but he cuts the call. Ranjan says to his parents that he doesn’t want to do this marriage. Ranjana asks Ranjan what happened? Ranjan says he doesn’t want to marry a characterless woman. Ranjan says to his parents that Rimjim was having an affair with someone. Shakti defends Rimjim and asks Ranjan if he doesn’t know how to talk with ladies. Manorama stops Shakti. Ranjana comments on the Sharma family. Manorama says to Ranjan that he might have misunderstood Rimjim. Ranjan says to Manorama and Brij Kishore that he heard with his own ears that Rimjim loves someone named Keertan. Ranjan gets a phone call and he attends it. Ranjan understands that it is Mandira Kashyap his ex-boss who called him. Mandira reminds Ranjan why she dismissed him from the job. Ranjan requests Mandira not to give a police complaint on him about that old matter. Mandira says to Ranjan that she wants to meet him and says she is right outside Shakti Sharma’s house. Ranjan agrees to meet Mandira after some convincing from her. Shakti sees Ranjan leaving the house and thinks where he is going at this time. Mandira decides to do Ranjan and Shakti’s marriage.
