The episode starts with Shakti saying to Shiv that it is his responsibility so that Karthik will not feel lonely. Shiv leaves from there. Shakti reminds Shiv that Karthik has already lost his mother and pleads with Dr. Shiv to not steal his father from Karthik. Shakti says to Shiv that because of his fear, he is stealing Karthik’s childhood. Shakti reminds Shiv that it is his duty as Karthik’s father to give him both the parent’s love and says to Shiv he has all his family and just like him Karthik also has the right to be with his family.
The hostel staff come to Kashyap Sadan to take Karthik home. Karthik pleads with Kashyap’s family saying he doesn’t want to go to the hospital.
Shakti stops the hostel staff and says Karthik is not going anywhere. Mandira asks Shakti who is she to take this kind of decision. Mandira asks Shakti if she is trying to be Karthik’s mother as Shiv has not accepted her as his wife. Shakti says she is not Karthik’s mother but she is Karthik’s maternal aunt. Shakti says to Mandira that this decision is not taken by her but it was taken by Dr Shiv. Shakti gives the application form of Karthik’s Day scholar signed by Dr. Shiv to the hostel staff. Shakti says from today Karthik will study in the same school but he will stay in his home. The hostel staff agrees and leaves from there.
Mandira accuses Shakti of forging Shiv’s signature to get her way. Mandira asks Shakti how can she stoop this low. Mandira makes a suggestion to Raghunath that they should oust Shakti from this house. Raghunath comes forward to do it. Shakti reminds Raghunath that she doesn’t like to being forced. Raghunath comments on Shakti as she is forging Shiv’s signature to get her way.
Shiv comes to Kashyap Sadan and says to his family that he signed on the documents. Mandira reminds Shiv that he should know why they are keeping Shiv in the hostel and he can’t stay here.
Shiv says to Mandira that if one of the parents is not present then it is duty of the other parent to give the child a double love. Shiv says if his family is with him why can’t Karthik stay with his family. Shiv says to his family that he can’t be selfish anymore and says he will not steal Karthik of his right to stay with his family. Shiv says he decided to allow Karthik to stay with his family.
Karthik hugs Shiv hearing this. Karthik says to Shiv that they should go and set his permanent room. Karthik asks Shakti to come with him and leaves from there.
Gayatri comes to Mandira and taunts Mandira saying she is not alone as Shakti is with her. Gayatri says to Mandira that Shakti will protect this family from her. Mandira burns in fumes hearing this.
