The episode starts with Shakti coming to Shiv and asking Shiv if Bhagwati is fine. Shiv lashes out at Shakti as she was in the house but Bhagwati still has fallen off the stairs and nobody in the house noticed Bhagwati falling off the stairs. Shiv leaves from there. Mohini witnesses this from afar and thinks she has already started poisoning Shiv Shakti’s relationship.
Rimjim lashes out at Dharam as he has sold his bike without telling his family anf bought kitchen appliances for Koyal. Manorama reminds Rimjim that Koyal is Dharam’s wife and it is Dharam’s duty to fulfill her wish. Rimjim comments on it. Rimjim asks Dharam to tell the delivery people to take back all of these things and she asks Dharam to get back his bike right away.
Shiv apologises to Shakti for lashing out at her and says he knows she will also be as much hurt as him with what happened with Bhagwati. Shiv worries for Bhagwati. Shakti asks Shiv not to worry and says Bhagwati will be fine.
Koyal stops Rimjim and asks Rimjim who is she to order Dharam what he has to do. Rimjim reminds Koyal that she is sister of Dharam. Koyal says she is wife of Dharam and her relationship comes first and comments on it. Rimjim asks Koyal what does she think about her. Koyal says she thinks Rimjim is jealous of her as she is a better influencer than her and she also succeeded in love but Rimjim failed. Rimjim raises her hand at Koyal. Koyal defends herself and asks Rimjim to not think about doing it again. Koyal also reminds Rimjim that this house doesn’t belong to her and comments on Rimjim. Koyal comments on Rimjim and leaves from there.
Shiv sees Mohini and tries to catch her. Mohini goes into a room and locks the door. Mohini looks for a way out but she doesn’t find it.
Manorama and Dharam comfort Rimjim asking her not to mind Koyal’s words as she spoke in anger. Rimjim says Koyal might have spoken in anger but what she said is the truth. Manorama asks Rimjim not to think like that.
Shiv breaks the door and sees Mohini is not in the room. Shakti comes to Shiv. She tells him that she is searching for him and questions him about that nurse. Shiv tells Shakti about the nurse who misguided him in the Dadi’s operation. Shakti asks him to fire that nurse. Shiv tells her that he will do it but doesn’t know how that nurse disappeared from this room.
Shiv and Shakti come to the reception. Shiv asks Nurse to give the details of the scrub nurse who helped him in surgery. The nurse tells him that he did it by himself. Shiv feels confused. Shakti tells Shiv that Dadi needs him at this time. She asks him to search the nurse later. Shiv agrees.
Mohini comes to her place. She says she will take revenge on people who are responsible for Kundan’s state. She happily says Kundan will come to her soon. Beera reminds Mohini that she came to save the Nagmani and says only Bhagwati knows the place of Nagmani,Then why did you try to kill Bhagwati. Mohini regrets her actions. Beera later warns Mohini that it will not be easy for her to reach her goal. Beera says to Mohini that Shakti will come in between her and her goal of Nagamani and Kundan and comments on it. Mohini reminds Beera that he is talking to a Ichadari Naagin. Mohini says to Beera that if Shakti will come in between her goals then she needs to be seperated from Shiv and says no one will be able to come in between her goals.
