The episode starts with Shiv thinking that if Shiv says the truth then Shakti might not even see his face. Shiv says to himself that Shakti’s problem is bigger than his problem. Shiv promises himself that he will not allow Ranjan’s marriage to happen with Rimjim.
Mandira sees Bhagwati coming into Sharma Sadan. Mandira asks Padma to hide as Bhagwati doesn’t wants to see her face with what happened last time. Mandira thinks Bhagwati came to ask for Shakti’s hand for Shiv today but before that they need to open this box.
Shiv comes and says to Raghunath and Kamalnath that he needs their help.
Ranjan says to Pappu that Raghunath and Kamalnath saw him and says they have to do something so that they will not tell Shiv about him. Mandira says she made all the arrangements and asks Ranjan not to worry about it. Mandira asks Ranjan to bring Shiv to that Storeroom. Mandira later leaves from there. Pappu asks Ranjan to follow Mandira’s orders. Ranjan says he is not going to follow anyone’s orders and says Shiv is going to die today no matter what.
Shakti comes to Manorama and asks Manorama to come with her. Shakti asks Manorama to not react and stay calm and says she will find the truth about Ranjan. Manorama says to Shakti that this is her last chance.
Shiv comes to Ranjan and says to Ranjan that they should become friends from today onwards. Shiv takes Ranjan to Raghuanth and Kamalnath. Ranjan tries to take Shiv away from there but Shiv stops Ranjan and brings Ranjan infront of Raghuanth and Kamalnath. Mandira thinks she has to make sure that Ranjan doesn’t speak anything. Mandira comes and stands beside Ranjan. Shiv asks Raghunath and Kamalnath if they identify Ranjan. Raghunath and Kamalnath say no and they say this is the first time that they saw him. Shiv asks them if they are sure as Ranjan might be a part of their Pharma company. Raghunath and Kamalnath say this is the first time that they saw him. Mandira introduces Ranjan as about to be son in law of Brij Kishore. Raghunath says to Ranjan that Rimjim is like a daughter to them and asks Ranjan to take care of Rimjim. Ranjan agrees.
Shakti understands Mandira might have done something. Shakti tries to talk to Shiv but Manorama stops Shakti and takes her away from there.
Manorama comments on Shakti and asks Shakti to stop her detective work and focus on her sister’s marriage. Manorama leaves from there.
Shiv says to Shakti that Ranjan might not be related with his past. Shakti asks Shiv if he is not related why would Ranjan call him Sir. Shiv asks then why would Raghuanth and Kamalnath not recognise him. Shakti says she knows the reason for it but Bhagwati comes and interrupts Shakti. Bhagwati says Shakti is doing all the work and there is still no Mehandi on her hands.
Mandira says to Ranjan that she saved him. Ranjan asks Mandira how did she do it.
It is shown Mandira eavesdrops on Shakti and Shiv’s plan. Mandira takes Raghunath and Kamalnath to a side. Raghunath and Kamalnath say to Mandira that they should reveal the truth to Brijkishore and stop this marriage. Mandira stops Raghunath and Kamalnath and cooks up a story about how Ranjan has changed and is doing good deeds. Raghunath and Kamalnath believe Mandira’s lies and decide not to speak about Ranjan’s past. Ranjan thanks Mandira. Mandira asks Ranjan to go and bring Shiv to that storeroom.
