The episode starts with Keertan attending Mandira’s call and trying to explain to Mandira. Mandira asks Keertan to shut up and scolds Keertan for creating a mess. Mandira asks Keertan to just go home and make all the people in the house believe that he was in home the whole time especially his wife and says only then she might save him. Keertan agrees. Mandira asks Keertan if Kishore saw him. Keertan says no. Mandira says it’s good. Keertan decides to just follow Mandira’s orders and not use his brain.
Shiv asks the receptionist to tell him under whose name has the OT been booked. The receptionist checks it. Shakti calls for Shiv and says to Shiv that she is taking Kishore home. Shiv asks the receptionist to get him all the details by evening. Mandira tries to leave with Shiv, Shakti and Kishore but Kishore stops Mandira saying she might be busy and there is no need for her to come with them. Mandira thinks why has Kishore behaved like this and worries about Kishore knowing that Keertan is the one who operated on him.
Rimjim sees Keertan in bed and asks Keertan when did he come. Keertan says he hasn’t gone anywhere and says he was in house the whole time. Rimjim says she saw him leaving. Keertan says it is just to show others that he left the house so that anyone will not disturb them. Keertan says he took a holiday to spend time with her. Keertan does romance with Rimjim.
Shiv, Shakti bring Kishore home. Manorama feels relieved as Kishore returned home safe and sound.
Shakti sees Manorama and Kishore and says to Shiv that she would also like to spend her life till her old age with him. Shiv says she might become old but he will never be old. Shiv and Shakti stare into each other eyes. Kishore and Manorama bring them out of their trance.
Shakti says to Kishore that she is mad with him as she shares everything with him from when she is a kid but he hasn’t told her anything when he is in trouble. Shiv also says to Kishore how upset he is with Kishore as Kishore hasn’t told him when Kishore was in trouble. Shakti asks Kishore to tell them everything what happened. Kishore agrees.
Kishore says to them about how he saw a pamphlet about someone wanting a kidney and says he thought he would get money so he went to the hospital. Kishore also says how he was knocked out. Shakti asks Kishore if she saw who operated on him. Kishore stays silent.
Mandira scolds Keertan for the mess he created. Mandira asks Keertan if he knew that Kishore was the patient. Keertan says he didn’t know that Kishore is the patient if he knew he wouldn’t have done the operation. Mandira says to Keertan that she really doesn’t know how she will save him. Mandira says to Keertan that it is confirm that he will go to jail this time and thinks to herself why not make it an auspicious thing if he goes to jail.
Shiv presses Kishore to tell him who did this to him. Kishore says it’s Keertan and comments on him. Shiv says he will send Keertan to jail even if he is his brother for what he has done.
