The episode starts with Shakti saying to Gowri that she didn’t know when she fell in love with Dr. Shiv. Shakti thinks about Dr. Shiv. Shakti later recalls about Manorama’s warning. Shakti thinks to herself that Shiv doesn’t love her but he only thinks of her as his friend. Shakti says to Gowri that her first love ended before it even started.
Shiv realises that he has tears in his eyes. Shiv thinks to himself why is he in this much pain as Shakti only said no to being his friend. Shiv thinks he doesn’t know why his heart only wants Shakti’s friendship more than anything else right now. Shiv doesn’t understand why Shakti rejected his friendship. Shiv thinks to himself that he is happy after a long time only because of her. Shiv thinks to himself what mistake he made? Shiv asks himself if he crossed any line?
Manorama comes to Shakti and asks Shakti if she is talking to Gowri. Manorama teaches a life lesson to Shakti and says to Shakti if she doesn’t leave Shiv right now then her memories with Shiv might later become bitter memories. Manorama says to Shakti that she took the right decision and reminds Shakti that Shiv doesn’t love her. Shakti asks Manorama if she was listening to their conversation. Manorama says to Shakti that she had to do it. Manorama asks Shakti to ask Dharam for a gift as today is Rakhi.
Koyal says to her brothers that they need to protect their wallets today. Bhagwati asks Koyal to steal her brothers’ money as today is her day. Padma says today is every sister’s day as today is Rakhi festival. Padma feels sad thinking her brothers will not tie Rakhi with her hand today.
Raghunath and Kamalmath ask Padma to tie Rakhi to their hands. Padma feels elated hearing this. Koyal and Padma tie Rakhi to their brothers. Padma later ties Rakhi to her sister in laws. Koyal apologises to Shiv as Tika has gone out of shape. Koyal sees that Shiv is absent minded and asks Shiv where is his mind?
Shakti is about to apply Haldi Tika to Dharam. Dharam reminds Shakti about it and asks Shakti what is she thinking about? Shakti says there is nothing. Shakti later ties Rakhi to Dharam’s wrist.
Bhagwati says to Koyal that it’s a good omen as it means Shiv is going to get married soon right Mandira. Mandira recalls Purnendu ji’s words. Bhagwati says to her family all of the signs show that Shiv is going to get married soon. Sundari asks Bhagwati who is Shiv going to marry? Bhagwati says it’s the person who Shiv is thinking about? Bhagwati asks Shiv who is he thinking about? Shiv blurts out Shakti’s name. Gayatri smiles to herself hearing this.
