The episode starts with Shakti saying to Rimjim that if she can’t respect Manorama and Kishore then their relationship of sisters ends here. Rimjim says to Shakti that their relationship ended a long time ago when she told her that Keertan loves Shakti instead of Rimjim. Shakti says to Rimjim that is the truth. Rimjim comments on it. Rimjim defends Keertan and compares Keertan with Shiv and says Keertan is not a mentally ill like Shiv. Mandira asks Rimjim and Shakti stop their argument. Mandira says now she wants to know if what Shiv and Shakti are saying the truth or not. Kishore says to Mandira that in that operation theatre Keertan is the one who tried to operate on him. Mandira seeing that the whole evidence is against Keertan she calls the cops and hands Keertan over to the cops. Rimjim and Keertan try to stop Mandira but Mandira doesn’t listen and says they have no choice beside doing this as this is the right thing to do.
Mandira acts as if she is crying and tries to leave. Shiv stops Mandira and says to Mandira that police will do their investigation but there also some questions that she needs to answer.
Shiv reminds Mandira that she is the one who told them that Keertan is completing his doctor’s degree and she is the one who told them that Keertan is coming first in his studies. Shiv says to Mandira that they trusted her that’s why no one questioned her when Dr Keertan was directly appointed as a senior doctor. Shiv says to Mandira that Keertan can still become a senior doctor only without any interview if there is a trustee behind him and there are only two trustee one is himself and other is her. Shiv asks Shakti to give it. Shakti gives the suspension letter to Mandira. Shiv says to Mandira that until this investigation is completed she will be suspended.
Mandira comments on Shiv as he is suspending her and she acts like a victim. Raghunath asks Shiv who is he to suspend Mandira. Shiv says he is the main trustee. Raghunath says he might be the main in the hospital not in this house. Shiv says to Raghuanth that he is also not main in this house. Shiv asks Bhagwati and asks Bhagwati to make a decision. Bhagwati says it will be good if Mandira doesn’t go to hospital until the investigation is completed. Raghunath says if Mandira is suspended then someone need to be board of directors so he will take it and he proposes Mandira to be reinstated as one of the directors. Shiv says he knows Raghunath will do something like this. Shiv calls for Mr Mehta. Mr Mehta comes to Kashyap family and says for this investigation to be non biased they elected a new director and it is Shakti Kashyap. Raghunath asks Shiv how can she be one of the board of directors. Shiv reminds Raghunath that they were able to find about this organ trafficking racket due to her and says Shakti is never biased towards anyone.
