The episode starts with Shiv saying to Shakti that Karthik allowed him to play with his toys. He says Karthik’s father has superpowers and I will become a superhero too. Shiv asks what’s super power. Shakti says love is a super power which wins over evil. Mandira opens her car window and tells Shakti that this time love will be defeated and this time victory is mine and I will throw you guys out of this house forever. Mandira asks Shakti to come to the hospital with Shiv on time. Rimjim feels bad for Shakti. Shakti asks if Shiv doesn’t have a vehicle. Mandira comments on her and they leave in both cars.
Shiv asks Shakti why Mandira changed so much. Shakti takes Shiv to the hospital in her scooty.
Manorama asks Dharam to fool Koyal in his fake love and asks him to learn their plans. Dharam says it’s wrong. Manorama says everything is fair in love and war. She reminds him they have to answer them in the Mandira way. She says she will go to any lengths to save Shiv.
Everyone reaches to hospital. Rimjim calls Manorama and informs her that they brought Shiv to Government hospital to test whether Shiv is mentally unstable or not. Rimjim says she suspects Mandira is planning something against Shiv. Manorama says they are coming to the hospital.
The Doctors’ team checks Shiv’s condition with their questions. Shiv answers them like 3rd standard student. Keertan sees Rimjim and asks why she came late. Rimjim lies to him that she went to the washroom. Mandira fears her plan will fail. She calls Keertan and asks him to execute her plan.
Doctors ask Shiv about his mother. Shiv praises his mother. Doctors discuss Shiv is unable. They sign on the result.
The doctor comes out and tells Kashyap’s family and magistrate that their examination is completed. The magistrate asks the Doctor about the result. The doctor says Shiv is mentally unstable. Mandira says Shiv is acting and he is not mad. Shakti questions how she can doubt qualified doctors. Mandira shows Shiv’s acting certificates to the Magistrate and tells him that Shiv is fooling them with his act. Magistrate says they need to do more tests on Shiv. The doctor says all tests are done. Keertan says they can find out the Shiv’s truth using Shakti. The magistrate agrees to Keertan’s plan and asks how can they do it. Keertan says they can expose Shiv’s act by showing Shiv that Shakti is in trouble.
Mandira says to Shakti that Shiv will be jailed and Shiv and Shakti will be separated. Shakti says no one can separate Shiv and Shakti. Keertan says to Shakti that he will take his revenge on her and asks her to get ready. Shakti rebukes him and says she will see what he can do. Keertan takes Shakti to Shiv’s room. He slaps Shakti. Everyone sees everything from the glass window. Mandira thinks Shiv will save Shakti and get caught.
