The episode starts with Shiv saying to Raghunath his reason for making Shakti as MD. Raghunath objects to it. Shiv says to Bhagwati that her vote will decide if Shakti will be MD or not. Bhagwati supports Shiv in making Shakti the Joint MD along with Shiv. Rimjim satirically claps for Shakti. Rimjim asks Shakti if she has done all of this for this position. Rimjim says to Mandira that Shakti wanted to be a doctor and now she directly became a MD. Manorama tries to take Rimjim away from Kashyap Sadan. Rimjim objects to it and says this is her house and her mother is Mandira. Rimjim says she will not have any relationship with people who are against her husband and her mother in law. Rimjim says she will prove Mandira and Keertan are innocent. Mandira says to Rimjim that she just wants the hospital reputation to be maintained and wishes Shiv and Shakti all the best and leaves from there.
Mandira sends Rimjim away closes the door sits on the floor against the door. Mandira recalls Radha’s words and thinks Radha’s curse is coming true. Mandira gets a call from Keertan but she doesn’t attend the call. Mandira thinks Gayatri thinks that her son lost but Gayatri doesn’t know what’s going to happen with Shiv.
Manorama says to Shakti that in this fight Manorama is with her. Shakti says she shouldn’t have hit Rimjim. Manorama says she did the right thing and thinks who will put some sense into Rimjim. Shakti says to Manorama that she will take care of Rimjim.
Kishore also talks to Shakti. Shiv says Shakti can handle anything alone. Kishore comments on it. Manorama thinks where is Dharam.
Dharam apologises to Koyal as he held her hand really tight. Koyal raises her hand but Manorama slaps Dharam instead of Koyal. Manorama scolds Dharam for being with Koyal. Manorama asks Koyal to stay away from Dharam and takes him away.
Shakti praises Shiv as he went against his family to stand with the truth. Shiv thanks Shakti as because of Shakti his Dadaji’s name has not been stained. Shakti makes a request to Shiv saying Karthik needs a sister or brother to play with him. Shiv thinks Shakti will never stop teasing him. Shiv pulls her hair. Shakti and Shiv later fall on the bed and tease each other. Shakti thinks Shiv will soon put Mangalsutra around her neck.
Keertan praises Mandira over the video call as she sent fake police and got him arrested. Keetan is shown to be enjoying his time. Keertan says Shiv and Shakti might soon find out that he is not in jail. Mandira says before that she will destroy Shiv and Shakti. Mandira says Shiv is going to die on Maha Shivaratri and Shakti will drown of sadness of Shiv’s death and Gayatri will cry tears of blood.
