The episode starts with Kishore thinking why are the doctors taking this much time. Shakti says these kinds of procedures takes time.
Shakti sees Mandira coming to Manorama. Mandira comes to Manorama and comforts Manorama. Mandira says to Manorama that her family are not able to understand that Keertan and Rimjim will not be able to live without each other. Mandira says Keertan is also talking about killing himself. Mandira says she wouldn’t be able to live if Keertan does something to himself. Mandira says it would be different if Shakti said yes to the marriage with Shiv.
The doctor comes out and says to Sharma family that the patient is out of danger. Manorama asks the doctor if they can meet Rimjim. The doctor says they will change Rimjim to her room and they can meet her there. Manorama thanks the doctor.
Shiv calls Shakti but she doesn’t attend his call. Shiv decides to meet Shakti and talk to her in the college.
Manorama stops Shakti from meeting Rimjim. Manorama says Rimjim might get angry and do something to herself again. The Sharma family goes to meet Rimjim. Kishore sees that Rimjim is safe and sound so he decides to complete the Mannat that he made to God. Kishore leaves from there.
Rimjim regains consciousness after a while. Rimjim argues with her family asking them why did they save her. Rimjim says she doesn’t want to live without Keertan. Mandira shows Rimjim trying to commit suicide and says to Shakti that Rimjim will try to commit suicide again and again as Rimjim couldn’t get Keertan. Mandira says to Shakti that she could have stopped all of this from happening if she agreed to marry Shiv.
Rimjim tries to slit her wrist with a scalpel but her family stops Rimjim. The doctor ties her up and sedates her to stop Rimjim from killing herself.
Shakti sees Rimjim’s situation. Shakti tries to talk to Mandira. Shakti goes after Mandira’s car to talk to Mandira. Mandira says to Shakti that if she wants to beg her then she needs to come to her house. Mandira leaves from there. Shakti slips and falls in the ground. Shiv also slips and falls from the stairs and injures his head.
Shiv says to Nandu that Shakti is also injured as he is injured. Nandu asks Shiv how does he know. Shiv says he can feel it. Nandu says this kind of connection is more than just friendship. Shiv comments on Nandu and leaves from there.
Mandira waits for Shakti in her home. Shakti comes to Kashyap Sadan to meet Mandira.
