Episode begins with Kadambari tells Radha that Gungun loves Radha but Gungun will choose Tulsi over Radha always. Radha gets shocked hearing this. Kadambari says that Radha is Ramaa for Gungun but Tulsi is Maa for Gungun. She says that Tulsi is making their family members against her and Radha. Radha recalls that how Mohan and Gungun went against her. Kadambari says that Tulsi’s first target is Radha and she is second target. She adds that they together can defeat Tulsi.
Radha tells Kadambari that she is ready to join hands with Kadambari and says she is doing this for her family. She says that she will try to punish Kadambari for killing Tulsi, after throwing fake Tulsi out of the house. Kadambari tells Radha that their goal is throwing fake Tulsi out of the house. Radha nods at her. She thinks that she want to punish Kadambari along with fake Tulsi. Tulsi sees all this. She tells herself that she has to do something. She says that Radha is important part of Mohan and Gungun’s life so they may reconcile soon. She decides to do something which will get her sympathy.
Meanwhile, Mohan asks Doctor to make Tulsi understand. Doctor nods at Mohan. They enters Tulsi’s room but Tulsi is not there. Mohan tells Trivedis that Tulsi is missing. Everyone searches Tulsi. Kaveri says that only Tulsi can give befitting reply to Radha but Tulsi is missing. Gungun asks Mohan that whether Tulsi left them again. Mohan tells her that he won’t let Tulsi leave them. He hugs her.
Radha and Kadambari comes there. Kadambari tells Radha that Tulsi did something for sure. Mohan asks Radha that whether she said anything to Tulsi. Radha tells him that she did not say anything to Tulsi. Ketki and Rahul says that Tulsi is not in the hospital. Mohan wonders where Tulsi went. Gungun asks Radha to tell where is Tulsi. She says that Tulsi is not fine.
Ajeet comes there and asks them to come and see what Tulsi is doing. He takes them out of the hospital. Everyone gets shocked seeing Tulsi standing on terrace. Gungun requests Tulsi to come down. Mohan asks Tulsi to come down. Tulsi tells him that there is no plans for her in his and Gungun’s life so she should do. Kadambari tells Radha that Tulsi choosed this way to get everyone support. She says that Tulsi won’t jump. Radha says that Tulsi is doing this drama so Mohan plead her. Tulsi apologises to Gungun for not spending time with the latter since childhood. She tells Mohan that he loves Radha and Radha also takes care of everyone and she is an outsider now. She says that she don’t want to ruin Radha and Mohan’s happiness. She adds that she should die. Everyone gets shocked hearing this.
