Episode begins with Mohan sees Radha talking rudely with Kadambari and he scolds Radha. Kadambari tells herself that Mohan won’t tolerate her insult. She thinks that Mohan will throw Radha out of the house for sure. Mohan tells Radha that he can understand that whatever is happening must be difficult for her to accept it, but that’s not mean she can talk like this with Kadambari. He says that this is difficult for everyone. Kadambari gets shocked hearing this. She thinks that she underestimated Mohan’s love for Radha.
Mohan tells Radha that she has rights to get angry but she can’t vent it out on Kadambari like this, because it’s not like Kadambari is behind all this. He says that he just told Kadambari that in which condition he found Tulsi that’s why Kadambari is supporting Tulsi. Kadambari tells Radha that she can’t repay for whatever the latter did for Gungun. Radha tells Kadambari to stop her drama. Mohan requests Radha to not talk like this with Kadambari. Radha tells him that he is not understanding anything. Mohan tells her that Kadambari is not wrong. He says that everyone is confused how to react because situation is like this. Kadambari gets angry seeing Mohan requesting Radha.
Ketki comes there and tells Mohan that everyone want to know how Tulsi returned alive after many years. Ajeet asks Mohan that where the latter found Tulsi. Radha asks them to listen her once. Kadambari tells her to hear what Mohan want to say.
Mohan tells his family that he received a call from a doctor and he learnt that one of the lady patient gave his number to doctor, so he went to hospital. He recalls that how he saw Nurse removing the bandage from patient’s face and that patient turns out to be Tulsi.
Few hours back, Tulsi recognizes Mohan and cries hugging him. Mohan gets emotional and tells her that she is in front of after many years and he could not believe this. He says that he really don’t know what to say. Doctor tells Mohan that Tulsi was in coma for the last 8 years and Tulsi regained her consciousness in the last week. He says that Tulsi only remembered Mohan’s name and Mohan’s phone number that’s why he could contact Mohan.
Mohan tells everything to his family. He says that they did last rites of Gungun’s care taker who used to live with Tulsi. Radha tells herself that only she and Tulsi know about this. She asks that how can they trust that lady is Tulsi. He tells her that CCTV footages, Tulsi’s saree and Doctor’s statements proves everything. He says that he know Radha is in shock. He adds that Tulsi is also his wife like Radha. She tells him that that lady is not Tulsi. He opposes her and cries. She hugs him and asks him to calm down. She sees Kadambari smiling. She tells Kadambari that they don’t know why that lady came to their house. Meanwhile, Tulsi wakes up and breaks Gungun’s doll. She thinks that she came for Trivedis destruction.
