Episode begins with Damini scolds Mohan for allowing Radha to join the office. She tells him that Radha want to show, she is owner of the office. She says that office need professional and educated persons. And Radha can’t adjust in the office. Mohan tells her that if Radha failed then she will return to house, else Radha will help Damini in office work. She reminds him that how Radha married him. He tells her that, that’s past. He says that Radha did so much in Ketki’s matter so they can fulfill Radha’s this small demand. She tells him that Radha snatched him from her and now Radha want to snatch the office from her. He tells her that Radha did not lie in yesterday night matter. He says that he is not interested in kitchen politics.

Damini breaks things in anger. She tells Kaveri that Radha want to insult her in the office. Radha comes there. She tells Damini that the latter is wrong. She says that she came to inform Damini that they will go in the same car to office. She warns her to not break things again and leaves from there.

In the house temple, Radha tells Tulsi that the latter must have realized why she want to join the office. She says that she want to know why Damini took 15 lakhs rupees from bank on Tulsi’s death day. She tells Tulsi that office work won’t be easy for her and she has to learn everything. And she want Mohan to join the office too. Tulsi tells Radha that she is with the latter.

Damini tells Kaveri that Radha has the copy of the papers they burned. That’s why Radha want to join the office. Kaveri tells Damini that their secrets are connected with office so they should stop Radha. She says that they will end up in jail if their secrets got revealed then. Damini tells her that office is not kitchen so she will handle Radha. She says that Radha will regret for joining the office. And there is a possibility that Radha’s story may end in the office.

Rahul says that Radha will lose. Vishwanath and Ajeet says that Damini will lose. Kaveri tells them that Damini will lose. Rahul asks her that when she changed the team. Mohan says that Radha will win.

Radha wears heavy jewel and grand saree. Mohan asks her that if she is going to office like this. She asks him that if she don’t look good. He stares her. Tulsi says that this look won’t suit for office. Everyone gets shocked seeing Radha. Kaveri says that Radha got ready like she is going to attend the marriage. Damini comes there wearing office casual attire. She says that Radha has to accept her conditions because she is running the office and she can’t let anyone ruin her hardwork. Kadambari says that Damini is right.

Damini says that she has three conditions. She tells Radha that no one in the office should know that the latter is Mohan’s wife. She says that Radha has to earn her position with her hardwork. Radha agrees to not reveal her real identity to office workers. Damini says that she will fire Radha if the latter made any mistake then and family members can’t interfere in her decision. Mohan asks Damini that what if the latter fires Radha for small mistake. Damini says that Kadambari will take decision. Radha says that she never make mistakes. Damini says that Radha should work as her assistant in the office.
