The episode starts with Viper and Leo running after Pratiksha. Mandip looks at Ravi from outside the ICU and sobs. Ravi blinked his eyes so Mandip hurriedly called the nurse. Ravi regains his senses. Mandip complaines to Ravi for not asking to meet him first. Mandip says that Ravi can’t even think how worried she is and how much pain she is in. Ravi tells Mandip that he is okay now. Ravi says that he needs a hug so Mandip hugs Ravi. Mandip asks Ravi to leave her and not show his fake concern. Mandip says that Ravi is her life.
Viper tells Leo that if Pratiksha escapes today then he won’t spare Leo. They lose track of Pratiksha and move in the wrong direction. Pratiksha hurriedly tries to exit the hospital to misguide Viper but before she could exit the hospital, she falls down and the nurses arrive and pick her up. The police are also seen nearby so Viper and Leo leave from there. Pratiksha thinks of checking on Ravi once. Daadi, Manvi and Dolly meet Ravi. Daadi thanks God for Ravi’s health. Since Ravi is looking for someone, Manvi says that Kavya still doesn’t know about Ravi. He says that he is looking for Pratiksha. Beeji says that now a war would begin with Ravi’s question. He again asks about Ravi.
Kavya meets Viper and asks him if the job is done or not. She despises Viper and asks him to shut up. She insults Viper so much that it pisses off Viper and he takes out his gun and says that if she says anything now he would shoot Kavya. Kavya asks Viper to shoot her immediately. Mandip tells Ravi that if he asked about Kavya then it would have been okay but why is he asking about Pratiksha. He says that both of them were fighting for their life so he is worried about her. Viper asks Kavya to shoot him but she fails. Viper again despises Kavya in Pratiksha’s name and insults her love for Ravi. Kavya slaps Viper again so Viper tells her that she can do nothing apart from giving lip service. He accuses Kavya of being a useless person.
Dolly says to Ravi that Pratiksha is very sharp and cunning like a fox and she can fight with everyone alone. Dolly spiced up things and gave Ravi a glimpse of everything that just happened outside but couldn’t tell him the entire story due to others. The nurse asks Mandip and others to leave Ravi alone and let him rest. Leo insults Viper so he beats Viper badly. Ravi asks Mandip to take him home since he is feeling suffocated here in the hospital.
Viper says that Pratiksha wouldn’t remain alive for long and also Ravi will be killed by him. Pratiksha asks Kavya whether she hired Viper to kill her. The episode ends.
