The episode starts with Pratiksha questioning Kavya if she hired Viper to get rid of her and kill her. Kavya accepts everything thinking that Pratiksha was sure but then she realises that Pratiksha just assumed it. So Kavya changes her mind and says that she lied just to her. Kavya says that the people with whom she saw her were strangers who asked her the direction to the exit. Pratiksha says that it was Viper and Leo but Kavya denies it totally. Both of them keep on fighting while the nurse informs that Ravi has regained consciousness. Pratiksha immediately runs to see Ravi.
Ravi looks at the mangalsutra in his hand and thinks about Pratiksha. Pratiksha enters Ravi’s room and both of them stare at each other being overwhelmed. Ravi says that everyone visited him and asked how he is so he answered on his own that he is fine now. Pratiksha says that he is very bad. Pratiksha says that he almost killed Pratiksha. He asks Pratiksha to sit. He says that when they got married, he did everything for revenge and in anger but now he wants to put it on Pratiksha’s neck. Pratiksha asks if he wants to do this with love. Ravi puts it on Pratiksha’s neck while Kavya looks at them from outside. Kavya breaks down and cries. Ravi asks Pratiksha not to stare at him or else she will fall for him. Ravi tells Pratiksha that he is feeling suffocated here so he has asked Mandip to prepare his discharge papers.
Kavya takes a seat and thinks about Ravi and Pratiksha and sobs. She is really hurt. While Pratiksha packs Ravi’s medicines, he gets ready to leave for home. Pratiksha’s pallu again gets stuck to Ravi’s watch while he turns so he asks if Pratiksha has the intention to do romance with him in the hospital and then sees that it is her pallu. He opens the knot and keeps on staring at her again. Ravi tells her that he is going outside and once she is done blushing she must come out. Ravi comes out of his room and sees Kavya crying. He consoles Kavya and says that he is fine. He hugs Kavya and asks her to stop crying. Kavya thinks in her mind that if he cares about her then why did he put the mangalsutra in Kavya’s neck? She hugs Ravi intensely but he feels uncomfortable and asks her to relax. Ravi seez Kinjal and asks everyone to go home. Pratiksha feels jealous to see Ravi and Kavya hug each other.
Ravi drives back to home with Pratiksha, Kinjal and Kavya in his car. Pratiksha looks angry so Ravi wonders what he did now to make her angry? He looks at the mirror and thinks that Pratiksha has developed a habit of becoming angry at Ravi without any reason. Then he thinks that he must have done something for sure and thinks that she will be okay soon. The episode ends.
Recap : Pratiksha feeds Ravi after coming back home while Kavya sees them and makes a scene out of it. She goes to Mandip and complains to her about Ravi and Pratiksha. Mandip promises her that she would surely do something to make things right.
