In the first episode, some students make noise in a classroom. Other teachers, helpers fail to control them. The principal gets angry on the students. The helpers miss one madam named Pratiksha who is on leave. The principal scolds the students and gives them punishment. On the other hand, Pratiksha arrives at school. The students get super excited seeing her. The helpers get relieved. Pratiksha cheers up the students.
At Pratiksha’s house her mother look for her to do navratri preparations. She makes her younger daughter Kinjal wake up. She talks about how much their mother loves Pratiksha who is an ideal daughter. At school, Pratiksha wishes happy birthday to a student named Niharika and says that she has brought princess cake for her. The students and helpers tell Pratiksha about principal. Pratiksha informs them that it’s the birthday of principal too. She goes to principal’s room, others follow her. She wishes happy birthday to the principal and bring the cake to cut by her and Niharika.
The two cut the cake. Principal thanks Pratiksha for remembering her birthday unlike her own son who is in abroad. Pratiksha says that she remembers every student’s birthday. Principal talks about Pratiksha’s wedding as it’s on the cards. Pratiksha says that she will continue to teach in the school as the school has her heart. Kinjal arrives at school to bring Pratiksha home. She eats cake and leaves with her elder sister. At Pratiksha’s house her mother asks her to deck up like her younger sisters Kinjal and Parul. She helps Pratiksha to get ready. Pratiksha looks gorgeous, her father gets overwhelmed seeing her.
Pratiksha’s uncle and aunt visit their house for navratri puja and Pratiksha’s engagement which is on the next day. Pratiksha wishes to dance with her uncle at navratri puja before others. During Navratri puja Pratiksha’s family meet with Dhawal’s parents who is Pratiksha’s fiance. Pratiksha and her sisters see that Dhawal is busy dancing with another girl. Dhawal spots Pratiksha and asks her to accompany him. He takes her in a corner, becomes romantic and tries to become touchy. Pratiksha looks uncomfortable. Kinjal comes there unintentionally and understands Pratiksha’s emotions.
She gives some excuses and takes her sister away from Dhawal. Kinjal asks her sister why she is marrying Dhawal who is neither rich nor good looking. Pratiksha says that she doesn’t have big dreams like Kinjal, she just wants a simple sober life partner who will respect and value her. She thinks that good looking guys don’t have good heart. Pratiksha’s parents show the engagement ring to Dhawal’s parents. But they didn’t find it very costly. Dhawal’s parents demand for dowry in form of gold and gifts for their relatives at engagement. Pratiksha’s father agrees to fulfill their demands. Later, his wife reminds him about their responsibilities towards Kinjal and Parul. They mutually decide to handle the situation and not let their daughters know about it.
At navratri puja, Pratiksha meets Niharika and her mother. Later, Niharika gets trapped in fire. Pratiksha and others go there to rescue her. They learn that fire brigade can’t come due to a political rally. Pratiksha requests Dhawal to rescue Niharika but he says no as he is afraid of fire. Being helpless, Pratiksha climbs up a wooden log and goes to Niharika. She rescues her. Kinjal praises her and promises to not tell anything to their mother. Dhawal leaves with his family. Before leaving he tells Pratiksha that she can’t keep him away from her after engagement.
Later, Pari Neeti wish her for her engagement. Pratiksha asks her mother to get herself ready but she says that she has to go and buy some stuffs. She by mistake cuts her hand and it starts bleeding. Pratiksha’s aunt calls it bad omen. Pratiksha’s mother says that it will be if she doesn’t leave. They go a shopping mall. Some terrorists attack there and take all the customers in hostage. Pratiksha’s parents hide themselves in a corner. Parul gives the news to Pratiksha. Pratiksha’s mehendi gets spoiled. They see news telecast and spots their parents in the live footage. The episode ends.
