The episode starts with Mandip telling the nurse that Pratiksha isn’t required in the hospital. She humiliates Pratiksha in front of the nurse. Kinjal tries to defend Pratiksha but she is ridiculed by Mandip. Mandip asks Pratiksha to leave. The nurse asks Pratiksha to get her dressing done by the doctor. The doctor does her dressing and gives her an injection and asks her to rest for at least one hour. She lies down and thinks about Ravi while Kinjal goes to the medical shop to bring some medicines for Pratiksha.
Pratiksha thinks about how strangely she and Ravi came close to each other when they were enemies at the beginning. She says in her mind that once Ravi regains her senses she would apologise to him and confess her feelings to him. She prays for her speedy recovery. Suddenly she falls asleep for a few minutes and wakes up from a bad dream about Ravi. Kinjal tries to feed Dadi fruit but she denies to have those fruits and wants to have the tea. Dadi tries to teach Kinjal that sometimes in life people must think practically and not emotionally or else things get complicated. Pratiksha feels stressed and walks down the corridor thinking about Ravi. She feels suffocated and sits down on a bench and trembles. Pratiksha calls Deep and asks if Ravi is okay or not while sobbing. Deep asks her why she is so worried and why she is worried. The nurse arrives and informs that Ravi has regained his senses. Pratiksha feels relieved to hear this and thanks Ambe Ma for this. Deep asks Pratiksha not to worry and says that he would inform her about Ravi’s condition soon after he meets Ravi.
The Randhawas tried to meet Ravi but the doctor asked them to wait. The doctor informs the Randhawas that Ravi has asked to see Pratiksha first. Deep tries Pratiksha’s number but is unable to reach her. Pratiksha became overwhelmed listening to the news that Ravi has regained his senses so she missed Deep’s call. Mandip requests Kavya to go and call Pratiksha. She says that after whatever happened one thing is clear that Ravi loves Pratiksha more than anyone else. Kavya agrees to Mandip and goes to call Pratiksha. Kavya goes to call Pratiksha and while walking towards her she thinks about Ravi and Pratiksha and feels jealous of her and almost burns in jealousy. She says that Ravi is going to pay for loving Pratiksha.Kavya tries to calm herself and tries deep breathing while Viper watches her and says on his own that he would follow Kavya like her shadow and find Ravi for sure. The episode ends.
