The episode starts with, Kavya telling Mandip that she must take some strong step or else all her powers would be lost and Pratiksha will have all powers. Manvi says that the day isn’t far when Mandip would have to take permission from Pratiksha to talk to Ravi. Manvi, Kavya and Dolly say things to Mandip about her bad time and Pratiksha’s rule. They influence Mandip in such a way that Mandip starts feeling totally insecure. Kavya says that she would find an old age home for Mandip so that if Pratiksha takes her out of her own home, then she can stay there. Mandip asks Kavya to shut up and says that the Randhawa house is hers and she would stay there only and get Pratiksha out of her house. Mandip says to Kavya that she would now become Pratiksha’s mother in law who would make it difficult for her to even breathe. Mandio feels pissed off and traumatised after listening to Kavya and Manvi. Kavya says that Mandip had slapped Pratiksha with her hands but Pratiksha slapped Mandip with her shoes that too in her heart that hurt her in a worse way.
Pratiksha reaches the mandir at the hospital and does aarti of Ambe Maa. She rings the Mandir bell many times and cries. Then she prays to Matarani and says that today Ravi’s life is in danger. She summons Ambe Ma and asks her to bring back Ravi’s life and says that till she brings back Ravi, she will stay here and wait. She says that Ambe Maa must bring back Ravi and bless her with her suhaag. The nurse arrives and informs Pratiksha about Ravi. She takes away Pratiksha to check her blood group so that she can give blood to Ravi. Viper arrives from behind and sees Pratiksha praying. Since Pratiksha is in the mandir, Viper doesn’t kill her in front of the Goddess. The nurse checks Ravi’s blood group and informs that her blood group doesn’t match with Ravi but they would arrange for Ravi for sure.
Dolly feels very excited seeing the drama happening at home. She tells Manvi that she need not do acting in front of Dolly since she is in her team only. She tries to make Manvi and Kavya believe that she is in their team but Kavya and Manvi don’t pay any heed to her and say that she is hopeless.
Viper and Leo wait for Pratiksha outside Ravi’s ICU while she sees them. Just when Viper is about to enter his room, Pratiksha calls Viper. She thinks that Viper must have come here for Ravi so she decides to hurt his ego so that he leaves Ravi and runs behind her. She acts accordingly and irritates Viper.
She says that she hasn’t ever seen such a dramatic joker ever. All he does is just utter huge dialogues. Viper shouts at Pratiksha and asks her to shut up. Viper and Leo run behind Pratiksha to kill her. The episode ends.
