The episode starts with Kuhu thanking Poonam for making Raj win the game. The clowns cap comes off Poonam’s head. Sumitra witnesses it. Sumitra comes and says to Raj that Poonam has escaped from the hospital. Raj says he installed cameras in Poonam’s room. Raj shows to Sumitra that Poonam is in the hospital. Sumitra goes looking for Poonam. Sumitra takes off the clown cap one by one. Sumitra pulls Netra to a side. Poonam looks for the Russian doll.
Poonam notices the Russian doll in the toys kids are playing. The kids pull Poonam to a side. A kid blows bubbles over Poonam. Poonam’s makeup goes off a little and she tries to set it right. Sumitra notices Poonam. Sumitra hides the Russian doll in her cupboard but one part of it falls on the ground.
Sumitra makes Gunitha spill the juice on Poonam. Gunitha asks Poonam to go and wash the stain in the washroom. Poonam goes to the washroom.
Poonam sees that the temperature is pretty high and she doesn’t notice her make up coming off. Poonam comes out of the washroom and she notices the Russian doll on the floor. Poonam unlocks the cupboard and finds the Russian doll in the cupboard. Poonam hides when Kuhu enters the room and later leaves from there. Kuhu enters the washroom. Sumitra thinks Poonam is in the washroom and she closes the doors. Sumitra increases the temperature. Kuhu feels suffocation.
Raj sees it is time for Kuhu’s medicine. Raj looks for Kuhu. Raj doesn’t find Kuhu so he makes all the family members look for Kuhu. Poonam seeing this looks for Kuhu.
Poonam finds Kuhu in the washroom. Raj takes Kuhu from Poonam and notices that it is Poonam. The Raghuvanshi family members see that it is Poonam and asks what is she doing here. Poonam sees that her make up has worn off.
Raj treats Kuhu. Raj later asks Poonam why is she here. Poonam says she came here to find evidence. Poonam shows the Russian doll and says there is evidence in it. Raj throws the doll away. Gunitha accuses Kuhu of locking Kuhu in the washroom. Kuhu wakes up and says Poonam is not the one who locked her instead Poonam is the one who saved her. Kuhu says the one who locked her hasn’t worn gloves but Poonam is wearing gloves. Raj hearing this allows Poonam to stay in the house. Raj asks Kuhu if she will allow Poonam to stay in the house. Kuhu also allows Poonam to stay in the house. Shaina returns to Raghuvanshi mansion. Shaina hugs Kuhu.
