The episode starts with Poonam having hiccups. Kuhu says she will go and bring water for her. Poonam says she will get water as she knows where is Kitchen. Poonam goes to the kitchen.
Poonam asks Gitu for some water. Poonam drinks water. Poonam later asks Sumitra if she has any trouble with her being here. Sumitra asks Poonam to just take care of Kuhu as that is why Raj brought her here. Poonam agrees.
Poonam puts Kuhu to sleep. Poonam takes Netra’s call and talks to her over the phone. Poonam says to Netra that she is staying here for Kuhu as Kuhu left the house for her.
Nirvan and Raj overhear Poonam talking over the phone. Raj says to Nirvan that he doesn’t want a Nancy for Kuhu. Raj says after Kuhu calms down they will send this Poonam away. Poonam after overhearing this and feels upset. Poonam is about to slip and fall but Raj catches her.
Raj notices the P word bracelet on Poonam’s hand and asks Poonam where did she find it. Poonam says she found it when she went to the temple as it got tangled with her. Poonam says she kept it thinking it is blessings from Shiv. Raj lashes out at Poonam and scolds Poonam for about the bracelet and takes it away from her.
Poonam decides to leave from here and says to Netra over the video call about it. Poonam’s aunt scolds Poonam and asks Poonam to not think of returning until she tells her. Poonam’s aunt also asks Poonam to send the whole salary to her on time. Poonam agrees.
Shaina decides to meet a divorce lawyer to start the process of divorce. Shaina’s mother doesn’t agree to it and says she will not divorce Raj until she finds out about Vicky’s property details. Shaina agrees. Shaina says she will stay with her in her home as she doesn’t want to see Poonam’s face. Shaina’s mother asks Shaina to show Poonam’s true face to Raghuvanshi family then they will throw her out of the house. Shaina agrees.
Raj asks maid to make cornflakes as food for Kuhu. Poonam says she made idli Sambar for Kuhu. Poonam sees the bracelet on Raj’s hand and she asks Raj if someone gifted this bracelet to him. Raj asks Poonam who is she to question him and asks Poonam to mind her own business.
Sumitra says to Shaina that she puts her jewellery in the cupboard and says she can take it from here. Shaina says they have to be careful as Raj brought a new nanny into this house and they don’t know how is her character.
Gitu is shown to be tying Kuhu’s hair. Gitu gets a call and she goes to take it. Poonam ties up Kuhu’s hair. Poonam later serves Idli Sambar to Kuhu. Kuhu really likes it and asks Poonam to pack idli Sambar as tiffin for her and her friends. Poonam agrees. Kuhu goes to school.
Poonam packs the Tiffin. Raj makes a calculation and Poonam tells the answer to Raj before he thinks. Raj thinks of Purnima.
Poonam says to Raj that Kuhu said that she will drop her tiffin and it is not possible to take it on bike as there are a lot for Kuhu friends also.
Raj asks the driver to take Poonam to school. The driver stops the car after going forward a little. Raj seeing this asks The driver what happened. The driver says he will check it out and he asks Raj to start the car when he tells him. Raj thinks of his accident and couldn’t start it but he starts it.
