The episode starts with Raj asking Sumitra to drink the milk and prove that Poonam’s accusations are wrong against her. Poonam says to Raj that Sumitra will not drink the milk and says they should send this milk to lab and test it. Sumitra surprises Poonam and Raj by drinking the milk. Gururaj comments on Raj and Poonam’s behaviour as they suspected Sumitra.
Gitu takes pictures in the hospital. Gitu overhears Shaina talking with someone saying Kuhu is her daughter. Gitu comes and asks Shaina who is she talking to. Shaina says she is talking to Raj and leaves from there. Shrey comes and asks Gitu if they can leave. Gitu says they can leave after she meets Raj. Shrey says Raj hasn’t come to the hospital.
An agitated mob comes to Raghuvanshi mansion and they accuse Poonam of malpractice. Dr Anil reveals to Raj that Poonam gave a wrong medicine to a patient due to which the patient died. Dr Anil says Poonam also lied to these people that she is a doctor. Dr Amil shows the video of Poonam admitting to patient’s family that she is a doctor. Poonam says to the mob that she hasn’t done anything. A lady tries to throw ink on Poonam’s face. Raj stops her and says to lady that they have no right to barge into someone’s house like this and accuse Poonam. Raj asks the mob to file a case if she thinks Poonam is in the wrong. Dr Anil agrees and says enquiry will happen and leaves from there with the mob.
Sumitra says to Shaina that their plan will come to fruition. Sumitra says once Poonam leaves they can kill Raj and she will get control of the trust fund money as according to the law they are still husband and wife.
Raj takes a shower to calm himself down. Poonam asks Raj to believe her and says she gave the right medicine and she doesn’t know how all of this happened. Raj says he knows she will not do this intentionally but it happened and comments on her. Poonam hugs Raj to calm him down.
In the night Shaina meets a man in hoodie, Gitu decides to find out who is it. Gitu chases the person but she loses him. Gitu runs into Tony and talks to him.
Dr Anil questions Poonam about the video. Poonam says it is not the whole truth. Dr Anil says if it is proved that she has malpracticed then she will not be able to give her exam a
Or be a doctor. Poonam feels devastated after hearing about it. Raj comforts Poonam. Raj assures Poonam that he will get her out of this and asks Poonam to trust her.
Chirag comes and offers help to Raj. Raj shows the video and says in the second half it has been muted. Raj says they have to find out the truth. Raj feels weird as the body hasn’t gone through tox screening and comments on it.
Sumitra says to Shaina that this plan will bring them close to their goal.
Raj comes to Poonam and encourages Poonam. Raj gives the Rudraksha to Poonam that he gave her for encouragement.
