The episode starts with the Raghuvanshi thinks about what happened. Poonam asks Raj how is Rajneesh. Raj says Rajneesh is fine. Gunitha accuses Poonam of hinting at Rajneesh that’s why he tried committed suicide for her. Poonam says she doesn’t even know Rajneesh and they only talked about studies. Gunitha comments on Poonam. Raj says to Poonam that he already asked her before to be careful of Rajneesh. Nirvan says it is Poonam’s nature to speak to everyone with a smile and says Rajneesh might have misunderstood Poonam. Poonam decides to find out the truth. Sumitra asks Poonam what does she mean. Poonam says Rajneesh is not the kind of person that will try to commit suicide as he very serous about his becoming a doctor. Poonam says she feels like something is being hidden from everyone.
Sumitra comes to Ranjeesh and puts a scalpel to his neck. Sumitra threatens Rajneesh and tells him what he has to do.
Poonam comes to Rajneesh room and she drops her phone. Poonam spots a tattoo on the person’s leg. Sumitra throws the partition door on Poonam and runs away from there. Poonam asks Rajneesh who is the person that attacked him. Rajneesh stays silent. Poonam goes looking for the tattoo person but she doesn’t find him.
Poonam comes to Raj and says to Raj about what happened. Raj and Poonam see in the CCTV footage to see if they will get any clue. Raj and Poonam see Sumitra in the CCTV footage.
Raj and Poonam question Sumitra about why she is near Rajneesh room no 1. Sumitra says she went to Room no-2 and makes up a reason for it. Raj stops Poonam from questioning Sumitra and says Sumitra would have told them if it was something worth telling about. Poonam agrees and apologises to Sumitra for questioning her. Poonam later reveals to Sumitra that Pandit Ji fixed the engagement date for today evening 6 pm and she asks Sumitra to tell everyone. Sumitra agrees.
Tony and Gitu do their ring ceremony. Rajneesh later comes to Raghuvanshi mansion that it’s a good thing that the truth has come out that Rajnessh and Poonam love each other. Poonam argues with Rajneesh saying they never loved each other. Rajneesh reminds Poonam what happened when they were together that night. Poonam says it’s all lies. Rajneesh shows the photo of Rajneesh sleeping by resting his shoulder on Poonam and says they love each other. Poonam asks Raj to take Rajneesh out of her sight.
Sumitra comments on Poonam. Poonam says she doesn’t love Rajneesh and says that photo is fake. Raj leaves from there. Poonam goes after Raj.
Poonam tries to explain to Raj that she doesn’t love Rajneesh. Raj comments on Poonam and asks Poonam why would Rajneesh try to commit suicide if there is nothing in between them. Raj accuses Poonam of telling lies like seeing a tattoo to gives her feelings for Rajneesh. Poonam comments on it.
Sumitra thinks soon she is going to send off Raj and Poonam away.
The next day, Poonam packs her bags to leave from here. Kuhu asks Raj if he is going to look a new nanny for her as Poonam is going to leave from here as she loves someone. Poonam is shown to be getting into a car.
