The episode starts with Netra commenting on Poonam as she is dreaming of voices again.
Poonam walks behind Netra to tease her but Netra catches her act and teases her. Poonam’s aunt comes and asks Poonam to get to work.
Poonam wears a doctor’s coat and is shown to be talking to kids online. Poonam sees that all the kids wore the dress what they would like to be in the future and talks to them. Poonam sees that Kuhu hasn’t worn any kind of dress and still encourages her. Poonam later takes her maths class. Poonam also says to the kids that she would like to be a doctor.
Nirvan praises Raj as he has done a really complicated surgery. Nirvan asks Raj to look at the list of scholarship students. Raj asks Nirvan to handle it. Nirvan asks Raj to look at Poonam their final candidate for the scholarship.
After the class Poonam sees that Kuhu is having trouble breathing. Poonam asks Kuhu to look for her inhaler. Poonam doesn’t attend the call as she is distracted with Kuhu. Kuhu finally finds the inhaler and breathes normally.
Poonam calls Nirvan but Raj couldn’t see Poonam due to bad network. Raj seeing this asks Nirvan to take her off the scholarship list.
Poonam’s aunt comes and asks Poonam to get to work and says she has to earn money. Poonam’s aunt asks Poonam to stop dreaming of being a doctor and says they don’t have the money. Poonam says she will get scholarship. Poonam’s aunt asks Poonam to get to work.
Poonam is shown to be doing delivery of flowers. The person who took the delivery doesn’t know the name of the flowers so Poonam tells their names and when the guy asks how does she know. Poonam says she doesn’t know.
Kuhu prepares for her parents anniversary. Kuhu talks with Sumitra and Gururaj. Kuhu eagerly waits for her parents returning home.
Kuhu’s mother is shown to be watching a male dancer’s dance in a pub.
Poonam is shown to be working in book shop. Poonam talks with Kuhu on a video call and asks Kuhu about her health. Kuhu says she is fine. Poonam asks Kuhu about the decoration. Kuhu says today is her parents anniversary. Raj comes and meets Kuhu.
Kuhu tries to introduce Raj to her maths teacher Poonam but Raj couldn’t see Poonam due to bad network.
Poonam buys cookies for Netra and feeds them to Netra. Netra asks Poonam if she got the admission call again. Poonam says she tried to call them back but they haven’t attended her call. Poonam says she wanted to study in that trust hospital as it is Ujjain and she wanted to go there. Poonam says she thinks she will have her answers once she goes to Ujjain but she lost her chance.

Precap:- Raj asks Shaina why can’t she give come care to Kuhu. Shaina asks Raj what did he give her. Shaina says to Raj that she will arrange a nanny for Kuhu.
Shaina calls Poonam and offers her job as a nanny to Kuhu. Poonam takes the job.
