Vyas ji tells Neel to handle his responsibilities towards Chahat and earn money himself. Neel blames Vyas ji for not fulfilling his responsibilities as a father and asks him not to tell him what to do. Neel then takes his plate and asks Chahat to take food from kitchen and then goes to his room. Vyas ji gets hurt and he gets up without eating. Later Chahat feels hungry and roams around in the room. Neel comes eating sweets and offers her some but she refuses.
Neel taunts her about trying to make a good impression in front of Vyas ji. He then says that she will surely go to cupboard and eat something but she says she won’t. He then turns off the lights and lies on bed. After some minutes he gets up to see what Chahat is doing and finds her doing yoga and gets shocked. She says that she is doing so to kill the hunger and he asks her to eat something. He then gets some bread for her but she says that she can’t eat as Vyas ji has also not eaten.
Chahat tells Neel that he should understand his responsibilities towards his family. Next day Chahat sees mama ji coming holding his head and complaining about pain. She sees his head and asks him to consult a doctor. Neel walks around in tension in the bakery and Bhupendar asks him to stop. Neel says that if he doesn’t do something then Vyas ji will stay hungry and Chahat will also have to do so. Bhupendar asks about his concern for Chahat but he says that he was thinking about her for humanity.
Neel says to Bhupendar that who would give a job to chef amidst the pandemic and Bhupendar comes out with an idea that he can cook at his bakery. Neel likes this idea and gets ready for making some good recipes. At home Mami asks Chahat to clean the house while she goes to market. Mami goes to take her wallet while Chahat goes for dusting the table where a radio is playing. She hears advertising of missing people and thinks that her dad might have sent an advertisement of her as well.
Chahat thinks of checking Urdu newspaper for the purpose but wonders how to go out when Mami falls in the stairs. She helps Mami get up and sit on sofa and says she has got a small sprain. She offers to go and get vegetables from market and Mami agrees. She takes her purse and goes hoping that her doubt turns out to be right. Chahat buys an Urdu newspaper while Vyas ji spots her. He asks her what she is doing and she quickly hides the paper.
Aalkeh also comes and sees her hiding something and asks her to show and she shows the Urdu newspaper. It shocks them and then she shows the jalebis inside that. Mama ji comes, Chahat requests Vyas ji to eat some keeping aside his and Neel’s conflicts. At home Mami taunts her for buying jalebis to flatter Vyas ji but he interferes. He says to Chahat that he will only eat food when Neel will earn money himself. She says that he has BP medicines to eat and he should not skip meals.
Vyas ji doesn’t change his decision and goes to his room. Mami eats the jalebis and asks Chahat to eat something too as Neel won’t get a job so easily. Neel calls on landline and Chahat picks up, he asks her to come quickly to Bhupendar’s bakery. She goes and Neel asks her to check Bhupendar as he fell unconscious. She checks his pulse and sprinkles some water on him. He wakes up and says that he didn’t eat anything because Neel didn’t.
Chahat asks Neel to go out for examining Bhupendar. She asks him to eat something and brings singhori but he refuses saying that Neel has made it for selling and earning money. Chahat gets impressed and feels Neel is not as bad as he pretends. The episode ends.
