The episode starts with Kaynaat learning about her pregnancy. She thinks that she has to save Hafeez’s baby. She has to do something. She tries to run away but Gazal stops her. She threatens her to leave. Hafeez shares his fear with Dua. Dua assures her that nothing will happen to her. Gazal demands the nurse to call the doctor. Gazal is not allowing Kaynaat to leave. Kaynaat threatens to kill her with surgical scissors. Hina stops her hand. She slaps her. Dua and Hafeez rush to the hospital and find the doctor is missing. Dua says to him that Hina used to visit this hospital. She notices the cheque on the table. She thinks that Hina may offer a lot of money to the doctor to abort Kaynaat’s baby. Dua asks him to find Kaynaat asap. Kaynaat requests her mom not to abort her baby. She is making a mistake. Hina says that she made a mistake by getting pregnant before the wedding. She ruined her family name. Gulnaaz comes there and closes Kaynaat’s mouth. She demands her to give her an anaesthesia. The doctor refuses to do it.

Gulnaaz says that she got money from them. If she refuses to do it, then she will ruin her hospital name. She will cancel her licence too. The doctor tried to put the injection into her. Kaynaat worries about her baby. Dua comes there and stops the doctor. Kaynaat is happy to see her but others were shocked. Dua glares at them. She says to them that Kaynaat is carrying their family heir. She won’t allow them to kill her baby. She will file a complaint against them in the police station. She swears in the Quran. She adds that Gulnaaz teams up with this cheap Gazal and created a rift between her and Haider. She asks her to pray to get rid of her sin. She says that she isn’t a good mom. She betrayed her own son. She took advantage of her son by playing her mom’s sentiment. She deserved to be beaten up for her deeds. She is trying to abort a baby which hasn’t come into this world yet. She doesn’t deserve to be a mom. She ignored everything but not that. Hina says that Kaynaat is her daughter and it’s her decision. Who is she to talk about. Dua says that she will leave, but she won’t go alone. She will definitely take Kaynaat along with her. She wants to see who will stop her. Hina says that she will stop her. She threatens to kill her. She raises her hand to slap her but Dua stops her. She raised her hand to slap her. Dua says to Hina that it was clearly written in our religion that they shouldn’t abort a child. She hates her and her family. But Kaynaat is her daughter. Why doesn’t she show a little love for her? Hafeez comes there and hugs Kaynaat. Hina asks him to leave her. Hafeez swears to kill them if they dare to come between them. He says that they will regret it if they try to mess up with them. He wanted to see who dared to kill his child. Dua says that no one is allowed to separate them. Kaynaat is a major person. She can take her own decision. Kaynaat is her responsibility. Hina humiliates Dua. She says that her husband divorced her and she is living at her mom’s house. She asks her to think about her shelter. Dua gives a reality check to her.
