The episode starts with Ibaadat who gets totally surprised by the betrayal of Subhan in the court room. She yells at him but the judge asks them to stop quarrelling in the court room. Ibaadat cannot accept this and excuses that she didn’t bring the lawyer with her. Suddenly joker like lawyer stands up from the chair and claims he is the hired lawyer of Ibaadat. She becomes more shocked and questions when did she appoint him. The lawyer shows her some papers which could prove that Ibaadat appointed him signing on the papers. She cannot understand how he got the sign of her on the papers. When she questions Subhan about the lawyer, he reminds her when she signed on the papers without reading those out. She didn’t expect this from Subhan and cursed him. Subhan also challenges that no one could separate him from Mannat this time.
On the other hand, the mysterious lady tries to kill Dua with a short dagger. Kashaf becomes very anxious to think if someone notices them they will be in danger. Kashaf requests that lady not to do this, but she behaves unstoppable. To stop her, Kashaf gives her a strong jerk to her, which causes her fall in the ground. See the face in the mirror, Gulzar becomes more vulnerable. She cannot accept herself to see her distorted face and she recalls those old days when Dua broke her trust. Kashaf tries to pacify her. Gulzar thinks that Dua was the persons for whom her life became hell.
When Ibaadat anticipates she didn’t know anything about this case, she is insulted by the judge. The judge rebukes her for not being ready. She claims she didn’t even file the case. But the judge shows the papers on which there is a sign of Ibaadat. If Ibaadat will not continue the case, Subhan will win the case without any hustle, which means their divorce will be finalised. She is encouraged to argue against her opposite team. Ibadat asks sometime from the judge to change her lawyer because she didn’t even hier him.
The judge orders that joker lawyer to leave the court room because Ibadaat is rejecting him. She decides to fight the case by herself. Mannat opposes the decision of Ibaadat but the judge grants her wish. Subhan thinks that they will easily win the case since Ibaadat is not a lawyer by profession, but Mannat says Ibaadat is not very easy person to defeat. Ibaadat used to read the books of the law which has given him a minimum knowledge about the law. The judge also supports the decision of Ibaadat when Subhan himself goes against Ibaadat.
