The episode starts with the conversation between Subhan and Mannat. Lying on the bed, Subhan recalls the words of Farhaan, and burns out in anger. He can hardly forget the betrayal of Ibaadat. He wants to inform other members of the family about the hypocrisy of Ibaadat. He wants to unmsask Ibaadat. Mannat pretends to stop him from disclosing this fact to others. But Subhan’s mind is full of hatred for Ibaadat. Mannat acts as if she cares for Ibaadat. She wants the help of Subhan so that she will fight for him. Subhan starts having feel for her. He remembers their sweet memories. Mannat starts dreaming of their new life.
After a while Mannat comes out of his cabin. Then a nurse informs that there is a bad news about Farhan. Mannat doubts whether he has died or not. But the nurse says Farhan is still in coma, but he might gain sense in anytime. Hearing this out, Mannat becomes worried if Farhan will this close her secret, she will be in danger. Seeing her long face Ibaadat understands that she has been suffering from dilemma.
Mannat again starts her drama and confuses Ibaadat with her words. She fears if Farhan will disclose her video, her image will harmed. But Ibaadat says she will not say anything to anyone except Subhan. Manaat becomes surprised and forbids Ibaadat to say this Subhan. She tries her best to stop Ibaadat from saying this to him.
Mannat starts her overacting to stop Ibaadat. But the later doesn’t want to keep this secret to Subhan. Finally, Mannat somehow prevents her from saying her secret to Farhan. To get the sympathy from Ibaadat, Mannat hugs Ibaadat. Seeing them together, Dua thinks that two sisters again gets reunited. But Hamida doubts whether Mannat has been washing the brain of Ibaadat. But again Ibaadat says she doesn’t want to keep it secret to Subhan otherwise a misunderstanding will create between them.
When Ibaadat wants to meet her husband, Kayanat doesn’t want ibadat to enter into the cabin. She doesn’t any attachment between Ibaadat and Subhan. Hamida protests and supports Ibaadat. Meanwhile, the nurse comes and forbids them to quarrel with each other.
