Episode starts with Shubham who requests Mannat Ibaadat that he wants to return home. She is hugged by Subhan. Mannat plans to make a misunderstanding between Ibaadat and Subhan.
On the other hand, Sufi is taken into a cabin by that lady doctor. The lady doctor takes a hammer and proceeds to hit Sufi with that hammer. She knows very well that Sufi has been pretending to be injured. As soon as, she holds the hammer, Sufi runs from the bed. She lashes him out for his misbehaviour.
Sufi tries to please her with his words. He even dares to ask the phone number of the lady doctor. All of a sudden, he clicks the form where she put the her own mobile number. Meanwhile, Armaan comes there to save Sufi and takes Sufi with him. Sufi expects that the lady will surely fall for her. Armaan rebukes Sufi for his daring behaviour.
On the next day, Subhan returns home from the hospital. Dua blesses so that any negative energy will catch him anymore. Subhan requests Hamida to bless Mannat also since she also have been suffering. But Hamida doesn’t keep his request at all. Ibadat is asked to take Subhan in his room. Suddenly Mannat pretends to be sick to draw the attention of Subhan.
Ibaadat is forbidden to go into the room of Shubhan. When Subhan takes Mannat to her room, she intentionally gives Ibaadat a jerk and she falls on the ground. After leaving of Ibaadat, Mannat smirks on her own smartness.
Coming into his own room, Subhan recalls the alarming words of Mannat. He can’t forget the betrayal of his own wife, how she joined her hand with a criminal. He again and again thinks of Ibaadat.
Here, Ibaadat also thinks of Subhan. She feels the love of Subhan, she gets hurt being defeated to Subhan. She secretly comes into the room of Subhan and touches him to get the warmth. After her falling asleep, Subhan wakes up and again thinks of Ibaadat’s betrayal.
In the midst of the night, Ibaadat feels someone has been coming towards her room. She notices a weird shadow. She immediately comes out of her room and follows the room. Failing to find out anyone, she searches for that stranger. Meanwhile, Farhaan comes into the room of Manant, and suppresses her mouth. She has been pretending to be traumatized. Actually, Gulnaz was helping her to arrange the case. Suddenly, Subhan notices that a broken nail is fallen on the bed, the nail matches with the nails of Ibaadat.
