The episode starts with Mannat asking Kaynaat to stay away from her. She is approaching her with a knife. Mannat asks her if she lose her sense? Kaynaat slits Mannat’s wrist. Mannat winces in a pain. Gulnaaz asks her what’s she doing? Mannat says that she slitted her wrist. She is trying to kill her. Kaynaat says that it’s the only way to save Subhan from Ibadat. Mannat complaints that she is hurting her to save her son. Her hand is bleeding. She asks Gulnaaz to call the doctor asap or else she will die here. Kaynaat asks Gulnaaz to stay away from them or else she will see the worst. She says that she has to listen to her. This is the only way to get back Subhan in her life. Mannat says that blood is bleeding. She may die. Kaynaat assures her it won’t happen. She takes Mannat from there. Later, Hameeda asks Dua how did Kaynaat changed her decision? She was talking sweetly with them. Dua says that she can’t understand it either. Hameeda alerts her that something big is going to happen here. We have to prepare for it. Dua worries about it. Meanwhile, Ibadat notices Subhan is sleeping well.

Ibadat asks him to start a new life with her. He noticed Mannat and rushes out of the house. Ibadat is shocked to see the wound in Mannat’s hand. Subhan takes her to the hall. Ibadat calls everyone. Dua worries about Mannat. Subhan says that it seems she slits her wrist. Kaynaat recalls the way she asked Mannat to pretend like faint in front of Subhan’s room. This incident will help his love blossoms again in his heart for Mannat. She asks her to use this opportunity. Mannat fears that she may die. Kaynaat assures her that nothing will happen to her. The police says that already he got the complaint.
