The episode starts with Kashaf who comes in the Akhtar house to gift treatment to Subhan. Kashaf checks the body of Subhan and says there is a strain in his spine. She also want to know what has happened with this patient but ibadat mockingly says that Mannat fell upon Subhan that’s why he got the injury in his back. She tries to criticize the character of Mannat publicly. Meanwhile Subhan wants to join the office but he is not allowed to go outside of the house anymore. Ibadat asks Subhan arrange all the meeting in the house so that he doesn’t have to go outside. But Shubhan fears of the drama in the house. Again Subhan and Mannat start fighting with each other which makes Subhan tired. Ibadat clearly says as a managing director that the meeting will be held in the house. She doesn’t listen any suggestion from others.
Kashaf says Subhan needs physiotherapy everyday. But Sufi suggests Kashaf to stay in that house so that Subhan could get the better treatment. Kayanat gets surprised to see the concern of Sufi. Gulnaaz also becomes angry on Sufi and Armaan forget indulgence towards Kashaf. But the suggestion of Sufi is liked by both Hamida and Dua. Following the request of the elders, Kashaf decides to stay in that house for Subhan’s treatment. Dua acknowledges the efforts of that lady doctor but Kashaf has come in that family for a reason. She is send by that mysterious lady who has been following all the action of Hamida and Dua. Coming into guest room, she helps that lady doctor to come in that room through the window.
Mannat is insulted by Ibaadat for indulging in her life. Their fighting makes Subhan irritated and rebukes them both for making noise in his room. When Subhan doubts whether she really try to take the life of Mannat, Ibaadat tries to justify her own motif.
In the night, Dua comes in the room of Kashaf to give her the water but she smells something fishy in that room. She smells the audor of Ghazal in that room. She asks Kashaf about her perfume which she has been using. When Kashaf shows the bottle of that perfume, Dua strictly forbids her to use that perfume again. Ghazal and Kashaf enjoy the troubled face of Dua.
In the next morning, all the staffs and the managers come in the Akhtar family to complete all the procedure of the meeting. Mannat feels very jealous when Ibaadat gets all the priorities and attention from other stuff. When Ibaadat is asked about Mannat, Ibaadat doesn’t give her real identity and introduces her as a mere employee of their office. Mannat feels very insulted but she doesn’t have anything to do. The manager suggests a new idea to Subhan to succeed in their plan. Ibaadat also gives her full support to the decision of that manager.
