Episode starts with Shubhash Mishra giving Isha some family jewellery of the Mishra’s. He asks her to keep it very safely. Isha says she will get it polished but Shubhash says these are all of old design so she must get them molded in the current design. Om gets a call from his boss informing that Mishra hasn’t paid the EMI today also so he must take care of the matter. Om leaves for his first day of work. Om reaches Mishra’s factory and asks Mishra to pay the EMI. Om gives his identity and asks him to pay the dues but Mishra decently tells him that he is very busy right now and will pay the debt for sure. Om requests him to pay it now since it’s his first days at work. Mishra tells him he will speak to his boss and solve the issue so Om leaves.
Mishra talks to his manager about Om misbehaving with him and says he will have to do something about these payments or else the bankers are sending such idiotic people. Om comes back and this time he misbehaves with Mishra. He gets up in his car and says he will come back after a meeting but Om stops his way. Mishra gets off his car and warns Om to not do anything to his car since it’s very costly. Om tells Mishra that when he doesn’t have the capacity to pay the EMI why he has taken the loan. The factory workers gather around them so Om warns them to see the real picture of this man and take their salary on daily basis or else they will be in deep crisis. Om consfiscs the car and leaves. Mishra stands there in shock.
Shubhash feels a sharp pain in his heart and asks Gurnam to leave him alone for sometime. He stands their and starts getting some visions of Dhruv’s mother, his friend’s wife cursing him, Dhruv cancelling the wedding, Isha meeting and accident and feels drowsy. He gets hallucinations of all these people accusing him of debt , being a defaulter and all. He reaches near the highway and asks for some water from a shop. Om sees that Mishra’s phone is ringing in the car again and again and his daughter is calling so he decides to go back and give his mobile. By the time he reaches the highway he finds Mishra lying by the side of the highway. Om attends him and asks for help but since no one comes for help he picks him up in his car and takes him to the hospital. Isha gets worried and reaches the factory. There she gets to know about the condition of their business and tries her father’s number again but fails to reach him. Gurnam gets a call from the hospital informing that Shubhash had a heartattack. He gets scared and looks broken. He tells Isha about this.
