Episode starts with Isha reaching the hospital with Gurnam Kaka. She is informed that his father is at the ICU and his treatment is going on so they can’t meet him now. The doctor comes out and tells Isha that his father had a heart attack after which she looks tense. Gurnam asks Isha to keep calm and not worry. She is told by the doctor that she must thank the person who brought his father here on time or it would have been very late. She goes to the reception to ask about the person who brought him here. She goes downstairs to thank the person but Om gets his senior’s call by then and he leaves. Isha thanks this person in his mind and thanks God. She gets a call from her mother who asks her about Shubhash tensely. Isha lies to her mother and says his father has gone to Lucknow for an official meeting and will return after three days.
Gurnam comes to Isha and says there’s a big problem. When asked he says there’s no money in Shubhash’s account for his surgery. Isha feels dizzy and lost hearing this. She sits down and tears roll down her face. Gurnam asks her to not lose hope like this since if she loses all hope she is the one who has to fix all this. She recalls that her father gave her some family jewellery this morning to get them remodeled so she gives the bag of jewellery to Gurnam and asks him to sell these and get the money for his father’s surgery. Gurnam says he can’t do this since his father will never agree to this. It is his dream to get her married with glamour and all. Isha says for her the most important thing is her father’s life and nothing else. Gurnam goes to sell the jewellery.
Om reaches his office and gives the car keys to his boss who praises him for achieving his target on the first day itself. Isha looks at her father being operated from outside and feels broken recalling the past moments when her father made her feel so special and took so much hassle just for her happiness. Tears roll down her eyes while she recalls all this and sees her father on the hospital bed. She asks Gurnam about how all of this happened. Gurnam tells him about the company who took their car and humiliated Shubhash in front of his labourers. She reaches Om’s office and shouts at Om’s boss. He says the task was given to his employee and points at Om. Seeing Om, Isha’s blood boils and she starts shouting at him and saying things. Om calmly tries to explain to her that he was just doing his work and nothing else but Isha keeps on screaming and saying that his task can’t be one of trying to kill a person and leaves. She says she will never forgive him or his company for this mess ever.
