Episode starts with Acharyaji sitting for the path of Ram Navami. Isha goes upstairs to bring the larger vessels for prashad. Someone sprays something in the air and as Isha breathes it, Isha faints. Gayatri’s sister drags Isha inside into a storage room and leaves her there. One of the flower jewelleries that she was making is dropped near the entrance of the room where she is left alone. Anjali looks for Isha in the kitchen to meet Isha but not seeing her in the kitchen she goes to Om and tells him that Isha is nowhere in the kitchen. Om goes to the kitchen and wonders where must Isha be. He goes upwards to find Isha and gets to see her jewellery lying in front of the door so he goes inside and finds Isha lying unconscious down there. He gets inside and tries to wake up Isha.
Om brings Isha outside and tries to take her to the hospital. Gaytri stops Om and says what happened to her. Om says she fell sick and has to be taken to the hospital. Gayatri says it would happen to the Ram Navami utsav if they leave now. She says this event had to be a flop since they didn’t even think once before organizing this event. Om says he doesn’t have time for all this nonsense and asks her to move. Meanwhile Janki comes and worriedly asks what’s wrong. Isha says she is okay. When asked how she fainted she says she has kept a fast for Ram Navami maybe that’s why she fainted. Om makes her sit and asks her if he would bring anything for her to eat. Both he and Janki sks her to have something and open her fast but she says this is her first fast after marriage and she will keep it. Gayatri says what about the Ram Navami Jhanki now. She asks if they have organised anything for it or not since this event would be a flop without this. Om asks Murari and others to look for the jhanki arrangement while he goes inside for some other work asking Janki to sit with Isha and take care of her.
After sometime he comes back and sees Isha preparing prashad while Janki asking her to sit and get some rest. Om asks both of them to sit in the hall and prepare things and not stand in the heat of the kitchen. Amitabh gives a ride to the Jhanki toli in his car but actually deceives them by driving them to some other direction away from Ram Bhavan. Murari fails to find the Jhanki toli so he informs Om. Om tells this to Janki with a concern so Gayatri again starts taunting Om and Isha. Janki says nobody would break their fast without their fast and they can’t let Acharya ji’s head bow down before the entire Prayagraj. Om says he would do something. Janki asks Isha and Om to dress up like Rama and Sita for the jhanki in which way they will be able to solve this issue. Gayatri immediately starts another chaos saying she is the elder bahu of this house and she must have been asked to do this. Jagdish comes and asks her to let Isha and Om do this since they are newly married. Gayatri fumes in anger after this.
