Episode starts with, Gayatri asking questions to Om regarding his job. She asks how he got the job overnight when the PA had removed his name from the list. Om tells her that she must not drag the doscussion and take it elsewhere and just focuss on the fact that he has a job now. Gayatri says that someone said right that behind every successfuan there’s a woman. Om agrees and says that behind his success there are two women first his mother and then his wife. Gayatri asks Om to believe that the biggest effort behind his job is Isha’s. She asks Isha to tell everyone where had she been last night. Gayatri says she was working at the hotel till late night and came back home at four o clock this morning with Jagdish when Isha also entered the house. She asks when Om was not here and she doesn’t have a iob what was she doing outside till so late. Om tells Gayatri that there’s no connection with this and his job. He asks Isha to reply to Gayatri and end this matter here.
Isha remains silent due to fear and embarrassment. Gayatri questions her if she had been to the PA’s office to meet him. As she remains silent, Om approaches her and while shaking her asks her angrily if GM Saiba is saying the truth and after him forbidding her to not meet the PA again did she really meet him. Isha feels pressured and says yes. Gayatri makes an issue out of it saying then she really went to that chsracterlass man in the middle of the night after that man tried to molest her. Gayatri says that it was better that she died raising the expenses of Ram Bhavan throughout her life than seeing this embarrament. Tears roll down Isha’s eyes and she runs to her room upstairs. Om goes behind him but Isha closes the room door.
Om knows deep inside that Isha can’t do anything wrong but he feels bad thinking that Isha went to that PA again. Munna bhaiya informs Om that he got that job due to that PA’s referral only. Later at night Mala arrives at Ram Bhavan and says she wants to say something about Isha. She asks Isha to tell everyone about last night. Isha says the entire story and how she got that PA caught redhanded by his wife along with other eye witnesses and the police and got him arrested. Mala says Isha dared to do something that none of them can even think of and made them all proud. Isha says that she can’t even think of doing anything wrong like that but grieves that no one in this house stood for her and stopped Gayatri bhabi. She goes upstairs feeling sad for this.
