The episode starts with a heartfelt conversation between Dhruv and Isha. Dhruv, displaying a softer and more considerate side, urges Isha to stay at the office for the night due to the dangerous storm outside. He’s genuinely concerned for her safety and insists that it would be too risky for her to travel home in such weather. Meanwhile, both Isha and Om are deeply missing each other, but neither of them is in a position to express their feelings openly.
The next morning, Isha attempts to contact her family, but the office network is down, making it impossible for her to call home. Dhruv reassures her that he will personally drop her off at her house. On the other side, Om returns home after the storm, only to be met with worry and tension from the family. Everyone is anxious, especially because both Om and Isha had not returned the previous night due to the harsh weather. Om becomes even more concerned upon discovering that Isha hasn’t come back yet.
Soon after, Isha finally arrives home, and Om is overcome with emotion upon seeing her safe. The relief is visible on his face as he embraces her. However, questions soon follow. The family wants to know where Isha spent the night and how she managed to get back. To cover up the truth, Isha fabricates a story, claiming that she returned via an auto-rickshaw. She paints an imaginary scenario to explain her absence, hoping it will satisfy everyone’s curiosity.
Gayatri, however, is suspicious and begins questioning Isha in more detail. She asks for the exact location of Isha’s office and the name of the company, pretending it’s for future emergencies. Isha, trying to protect the truth, continues to lie about these details. But Gayatri grows more doubtful. She pushes harder, insisting that the family should thank Isha’s boss for offering her shelter during such a difficult night.
When Gayatri demands to know her employer’s name, When Isha hesitates and tries to evade her questions, Gayatri refuses to back down. Eventually, she reveals the truth herself: Dhruv is Isha’s boss. With this revelation, Gayatri publicly accuses Isha of lying and creates a scene in front of the entire family. She discloses that it was Dhruv who dropped Isha home, further proving that Isha had fabricated her entire explanation.
Enraged and feeling betrayed, Om grabs Isha’s phone and calls her boss. Dhruv answers immediately, and his response implies that he’s aware of Om’s realization. This provokes a furious reaction from Om, who confronts Isha about her continuous lies over the past few months. Isha attempts to explain, stating that she was forced to work under Dhruv’s employment due to financial pressures and difficulties in securing a loan. However, Om, hurt and disillusioned, refuses to believe her. He concludes that Isha has been dishonest and has betrayed his trust.
