Episode starts with Om having the first bite of food from Mala and seeking her blessings. Gayatri thinks that Om will have to pay for this act. Ish goes upstairs to bring down Miley. Gayatri thinks if Isha sees Miley and Sunny together she will herself break the marriage but nothing like this happens. Next day Om gets ready for the marriage. Before the baarat leaves, Om taunts Gayatri a little and says no matter what he will bring his bride in Ram Bhavan today. Om and his baraat reach the wedding venue. Everyone seems very happy. Om sits at the mandap for the marriage and Miley is asked to be brought. Isha goes upstairs to bring Miley. She doesn’t find Miley anywhere in the room and tries her number. She gets to see a letter kept on the side table.
The letter reads like Miley apologizing to Isha for leaving the house. She has written that she and Sunny love each other and had been hiding this for a long time but now can’t bear this marriage anymore so they are leaving the house. She knows that they will have to bear a lot of disgrace and embarrassment for this but hopes she will forgive her. Isha gets a shock after reading this letter. She goes downstairs and tries to find Miley but when she fails to find her she calls her mother aside. Then she whispers that Miley is not here and has fled with Sunny. Sumitra gets a shock when she hears what Isha is saying. Geeta overhears this and starts shouting at Isha. She snatches the letter from Isha’s hand and reads it. She puts the entire blame of Isha’s family and accuses Miley of brainwashing her son to flee from here.
Geeta says that they are all alike and have become like their father who used to survive on others. Dilip tries to stop Geeta but she says today she won’t listen to anyone and won’t stop. Acharya asks Geeta why she is blaming Sumitra and her family since it’s her son with whom Miley has fled. Geeta says he has been moulded to act so otherwise he isn’t a person who would behave this way. Sumitra and Isha join their hands and apologize to everyone saying no matter how much they apologise this can’t be forgiven but say that they really didn’t have any clue regarding this. Om sits still at the mandap being shocked at Miley’s treachery. Sumitra is told by Geeta that it would have been better if all four of them died together. She drags Sumitra and takes her towards the agni kund of the marriage and pushes her towards the agni asking her to die. Isha saves her mother and looks at Om who sits still but his face clearly shows the anger.
