The episode begins with Om telling his friends that he will give a big treat to them. Dhruv asks Isha and her sisters to wait for some time. He goes out to talk on a phone call. Om comes there and tells Isha sorry with a rose. Isha asks Om, What is this new drama? Om tells her he wants to settle everything. He asks her to forget the past and move on. He says now everything is chill between them, so he will pay her bill. Isha tells her she doesn’t want to have any connection with Om. She says she can pay her bill. Om asks her to think once again. Isha refuses to change her decision. Om goes to his friends and tells them to eat whatever they want.
Dhruv returns and takes Isha’s photo. He tells her thanks for coming for lunch. Isha says she realized Dhruv is really sorry, and she doesn’t like to drag the problem. Dhruv asks her to choose a honeymoon package. Isha says she will think and say.
Om’s friends say they ate very well. Om gets 1000 rupees from them and sends them from there. He tells Isha that he will pay the bill. Isha says she will pay the bill. Om asks the manager that Isha will pay his bill and leaves from there. Dhruv asks for the bill. He notices the bill and says it looks like it’s the wrong bill. The manager tells Isha that she agreed to pay Om’s bill. Isha thinks Om is crossing the limits.
After some time, Isha hits Om’s bike with her car and leaves from there. Om says he won’t spare Isha.
Gayatri says she won’t be silent, and Isha has to pay for that. She asks why light did not come yet. Light comes. Om comes there and says they should switch on the light first. He asks her to give the number of the girl who taught the lesson to Gayatri. He thinks there is an X factor in that girl.
The next day, Isha notices people calling her a thief. Traffic police officer stops Isha’s car. Isha notices a thief quote on her number plate. She realizes Om is behind this. She pays for the fine. An old lady tells Isha that her phone broke and she wants to talk to her son. Isha calls the number that old lady gave. Om tells Isha that now everything is settled between them. Isha tells him she won’t spare him. Om tells her he learned tit for tat in school and leaves from there. Isha decides to stay away from Om.
Maya tells Shubhash that she wants the engagement to happen in a luxury venue. Shubhash agrees. Maya leaves from there. Isha tells Shubhash that it’s too much. Shubhash says he will manage everything. Isha goes inside. The employee tells Shubhash that the latter doesn’t have that much money. He asks Shubhash to not take on new debt. Isha comes there and says it’s not fair.
