The episode starts with Arjun wishing his father and Madhuri goes to him. She says everyone was really worried for him. Tina says celebration was incomplete without Arjun’s presence. Amitabh says he is happy that Arjun is back. He starts cake cutting and is about to feed the cake to Arjun but the latter stops him.
Diya reaches her uncle’s house with her family. Her aunty Rama doesn’t get happy with their visit. Diya tries to take blessings from her but she leaves. Arjun taunts his father saying its his birthday thus he can feed the cake to his closed ones. He is not interested. Arjun leaves and drinks alcohol. Amitabh gets offended. Arjun enters his room and starts punching the punching bag recalling the past. FB is shown where he tries to convince Amitabh that he didn’t use drugs, Madhuri is supporting him and telling Amitabh to trust his son but Amitabh says he will suffer loss in his business and he can’t take more risk so Arjun has to leave badminton. FB ends. Arjun drinks alcohol and faints. He murmurs in inebriated state.
Rama taunts Diya for making Mohan jobless. Diya gets upset and leaves. Rama tells her husband that Mohan and his family will now stay here for free. Diya overhears that gets disheartened. Diya gets a call from Payal who informs her about Arjun’s act, how he threw shoe at Karan Mathur. Karan felt insulted and the video got viral. Payal doesn’t mention Arjun’s name. Diya wonders who the person is who insulted a famous person like Karan. She recalls Arjun. She asks Payal to send her prize money ten thousand rupees through courier.
Madhuri comes to Arjun’s room and comforts him. Madhuri says fighting with your loved ones is the toughest thing ever. She tells him to stop the fight as he has a good future ahead. He should not lose hope. Madhuri says Tina can show right path to Arjun. So he should agree to marry Tina who loves him a lot. He will be fine soon. Arjun says yes in drunken state. Madhuri makes him lay on bed and leaves.
Sobha shows room to Diya and Diya asks her for a favor. Diya says she wants to find an address of Kolkata Badminton Academy. Sobha says if anyone gets to know about it there will be consequences. Diya says she can’t see Mohan’s helplessness. She wants to meet Karan for the certificate, after that she will get a good job. Sobha agrees to help her.
Diya overhears that Mohan is worried for Diya’s marriage. He wants her to get married soon. Jethu says he will call Sadhna who will bring good marriage proposals. Diya and Sobha leave for Academy and give excuse that they are going for shopping. On their way Sobha buys water and Diya notices Arjun’s grandma is about to faint. Diya saves her and the latter gets impressed seeing Diya’s kindness. She blesses her and Diya drops her home. Arjun wakes up from sleep and vomits due to alcohol effect. Diya gets surprised seeing the decorations of Arjun’s house.
