The episode starts with Luv trying to pick the papers and Diya picks the power of attorney papers. She is about to read it but Luv snatches it from her. He tells them to leave saying he will clean the mess. He thinks he can’t take risk by keeping the papers in the house. He will take Amitabh’s sign on it tomorrow. Next day, Arjun tells Diya to hurry up. Diya argues with him that he can’t go out in this get up. Arjun says he is ready and she is wasting time by doing make up. She says girls take time as they want to look presentable. Madhuri watches them and says she doesn’t feel Amitabh will give statement against Karan. Arjun says but he can get bail if he does so. Why will he back out? Luv urgently meets a high profile investor so he cancels his meeting with Amitabh.
Arjun meets Amitabh with Madhuri and Diya. Amitabh denies to confess anything to save his business. Arjun gets mad at him that how can he again talk about the same thing and this time Karan is exposed still he is scared of him and Mr Khurana. Arjun says Amitabh can’t change at all, he is not even thinking about his family and his wife who are waiting for his bail. He gets hyper and demands answer from Amitabh. Diya tells him to calm down. Amitabh shares his struggle story and says he can’t let someone ruin his business. After his father’s death he took over the responsibility when he was just 21 and worked day and night to build the empire. Its his passion and existence both. He can’t lose it no matter if he spends his whole life in jail. Arjun says his three sons can face Mr Khurana and won’t let him destroy their business.
Arjun gives courage to Amitabh saying he should not get scared but should give statement. He adds they need Amitabh back to complete their family. Amitabh realises that he did wrong by discouraging Arjun all the time when he is ready to help him in his crisis. Madhuri says whatever he did is for his family’s sake only. Amitabh gets ready to give statement against Karan and tells Arjun about a blue file in his study room where proofs against Karan are kept. Arjun and Diya come out and Madhuri is about to faint but they catch her. Diya says Arjun should take Madhuri to doctor. Arjun tells Diya to find the file and noone should know about it.
Karan learns Amitabh wants to testify against him and Karan thinks how can Arjun forget his hatred for Amitabh. He calls Mr Khurana and asks him to do something else Arjun will get proofs against them. Mr Khurana assures him Arjun won’t get any proofs.
Diya goes back home and Dipika asks her about Arjun and Madhuri to which Diya says Madhuri went to the doctor with Arjun. She adds she came here to take some case papers which Arjun forgot to take. She goes inside the study room and finds Luv there. Luv asks her why she came here?
