Episode begins with Surya sees Gehna riding his bike. He tells her that he is impressed that she knows to ride a bike. She tells him that she will take him for a ride. He tells her that it’s about his life and he don’t want to die even before celebrating first night. She makes him sit on the bike and leaves from there ( Title song plays in the background ). She eats at road side shop. He thanks her for the beautiful night. She tells him that if he stayed with her then he can enjoy so much.
He asks her that what is special tomorrow. She doesn’t remember. He tells her that tomorrow is their fourth month wedding anniversary so they should celebrate it. She asks him that who celebrates that. He tells her that he wasted so much time in hating her but not anymore. He adds that they will celebrate every month and gifts should be special. He asks her that what is her gift because he planned something special. She tells him that her gift will be special for him.
Next day, Suhani notices the decorations. She asks Surya that what’s happening. He informs her about fourth month wedding anniversary. He learns about Suhani’s headache. He tells her that he will call the Doctor because she should be fine to enjoy tonight’s party. She reminds him that he married Gehna for revenge. He tells her that Gehna was right since beginning and he is going to rectify his mistakes by treating her well.
She asks him that if he really thinks that Sikandar poisoned him. He tells her that he knows that Gehna has not poisoned him. She receives Gehna and Shreya’s picture and thinks that her doubt was right. She tells Surya that he will get surprise gift. Gehna asks Suhani about all the household chores which irritates the latter. She tells her that Surya told her to get the latter’s permission if she want to do anything then. She adds that she is going out in the afternoon. Suhani tells her that the latter can do whatever she wants.
Later, Gehna tries to get Surya’s birth certificate. She learns that she has to wait for two weeks atleast. She comes out of municipal corporation and hides seeing Surya and Suhani there. Surya asks Suhani that what Gehna must be doing there. They searches Gehna. Suhani tells herself that she knows that Gehna is there. She burns a newspaper and fire alarm starts ringing.
Gehna saves one kid who fell down. Suhani and Surya notices Gehna. Kid’s mother thanks Gehna. Surya asks Gehna that if she is fine. Suhani asks Gehna that what the latter doing there when she should be in the house for party. Officer thanks Gehna and tells her that he will give document to her now. Gehna tells her that she can get it later. Suhani asks Officer that what document Gehna wants. He tells her that Gehna wants birth certificate. Gehna says that her birth certificate is missing so she wants new one. Officer tells her that he will send it by evening to her address.

Precap – Surya tells Gehna that he want to take pheres with her again. He adds that he want to marry her with love.
