Episode begins with Hema asks Gehna that why she screamed. Gehna says to her that she dropped the hot water bowl by mistake that’s why. Kanak thinks seems like Sagar didn’t attack Gehna and leaves from the kitchen. Gehna gives dessert to Tiya and asks her to feed it to Sagar because he won’t eat if she give it to him then. Tiya says to her that she can’t believe that Gehna doing this much for Sagar. Gehna says to her that hating someone is easy but forgiving one is difficult and it’s not like she forget everything which Sagar did with her but she moved on by forgiving him and she did that for herself.
Kanak goes to Sagar. Sagar apologize to Kanak. Kanak asks him that why he didn’t attack Gehna. He tells her that he was about to attack her but stopped when he learnt that Gehna feeling bad for him and preparing dessert for him but Gehna and Tiya knows that he planned to attack Gehna. He says to her that he is just angry with Gehna but can’t hurt her. Tiya comes there with dessert and gives it to Sagar. He asks her that if she is angry with him. Tiya asks him to not repeat the mistake again.
Gehna and Anant questions Radhika. Anant tells her that he didn’t expected this from her. Radhika assumes that he learnt her truth. Gehna asks her that why she didn’t inform anyone that today it’s Vineet’s birthday. Radhika says to her that she didn’t wanted to trouble Desai’s because already they are doing so much for her. Gehna decides to celebrate Vineet’s birthday.
Radhika tries to get up to prepare for birthday celebration but Vineet stops her saying that he and Gehna will do it. Gehna and Vineet leaves from there. Radhika says to Anant that Vineet acting really good. He tells her that he can see everything and asks her to take rest because she need to enjoy the party also and leaves from there.
Later, Gehna reveals to everyone that Vineet helped her in cooking too not just in decorations and Radhika is lucky to get him as her life partner. He says to Desai’s that he is lucky to get Radhika. Paresh praises Vineet. Tiya says to them that now they should play game and explains about “Musical Pillows” game. She asks Paresh to play music and everyone starts passing the pillow. Praful loses first so he tells shayari for Jamuna. Then Vineet loses. Gehna asks him to sing a song for Radhika.
Vineet sings and Anant recalls the moments he shared with Radhika. And everyone loses one by one. Then Anant loses so Tiya asks Anant to do paper dance with Gehna. Anant dances with Gehna ( O saathi song plays in the background ). Radhika gets pissed off seeing that. Gehna thinks Anant is with her but still his eyes searching someone else. Now just Radhika and Gehna left in the game. Radhika and Gehna challenges each other.
