Episode begins with Gehna calls Urmila and tells her that she prepared everything to tell the truth to Surya. She invites her to the party. Urmila tells her that it’s not the right time to visit Seth house. Gehna asks her to not think about anything and attend the party. Later, Gehna comes out of the washroom and gets surprised seeing the decorations. She finds Surya sleeping and smiles. She plays with the ballons. Flowers falls on Gehna when Surya pulled the rope. He acts like sleeping.
She realises that he is awake and goes to him. He gets close to her and she runs from there. He chases her and catches her. They falls on the bed and stares each other ( Tum hi ho song plays in the background ). He tells her that if she can stare into his eyes for 5 minutes then he will give one gift to her. She asks him that what will he give her if she stare into his eyes for lifelong then. He tells her that he loves her and he want to stay with her like this always. She places a kiss on his forehead so he teases her.
Suhani wake Sarika up. She scolds her for sleeping daytime. She tells her that Surya getting closer to Gehna which is not good for them. She asks her to imagine that what will happen if Surya learns the truth about them. She adds that they will become maids. Sarika imagines she and Suhani working like maids. Suhani informs her that Shreya is also with Gehna now. She says that she won’t let Gehna’s plans succeed no matter what.
After some time, Surya gives saree to Suhani. Suhani orders servants to not forget about Surya’s allergy. Surya tells her that he don’t need anything else in his life because he has loving wife and mother. He adds that her happiness is his priority. She tells him that she should gift him because it’s his special day. She asks him to give the saree to Gehna. He tells her that he brought this for her only. Gehna overhears their conversation. Servant gives a letter to Gehna. She reads Surya’s birth certificate.
Later, Gehna gets ready. Surya blindfold her saying that he has a surprise for her. He takes her to the lawn. He gives gift to her. She recalls that how he snatched the nuptial chain from her. She comes out wearing another saree. He waits with nupital chain in the marriage setup. He tells her that he want to take pheras with her once again. He adds that he want to marry her wholeheartedly. She hugs him. They exchanges marriage garlands and takes pheras. He ties nuptial chain around her neck and puts vermillion on her forehead. She gets emotional and stares him ( Title song plays in the background ). She gets shy when he asked her that can he kiss her now.

Precap – Surya tells Gehna that he has been looking for her since so long. She tells him that it’s not good to get so habituated to her. He tells her that she is his addiction. Suhani tells Waiter to kidnap Gehna.
