Episode begins with Anant, Jagadish and Kanak reaches the construction site. Workers greets Anant and praises him. Jagadish notices that Anant’s fake moustache got removed and he informs about it to Anant. Anant searches his fake moustache and finds it. He asks Kanak’s opinion about his construction site. On the other hand, Paresh notices Hema eating fruits. She asks him that why he is working alone when Anant and Gehna should help him. He tells her that Anant and Gehna working downstairs.
Jigna asks Desai’s that why they are not working. She notices Hema coming from the terrace and asks her that what the latter was doing till now. Hema tells her that Paresh was working alone in the terrace so she helped him. Jigna thinks that something is fishy definitely and goes to the terrace with Hema.
Anant tells Kanak that the latter saw the construction site too so they can proceed for the deal. She tells him that she has condition and that is she wants 10 crore cash and also wants a flat in his building. He asks her that how can he arrange 10 crore cash and then agrees with her condition.
Gehna tells Paresh that Anant didn’t call her yet and gets worried. He asks her to not worry because Anant must be busy now so after finishing the work Anant will return. Hema and Jigna comes there. Jigna asks Gehna that what the latter doing in the terrace. Paresh tells her that Anant went downstairs so Anant send Gehna to help him. Jigna tells them that they are tricking her and decides to find out the truth. Gehna makes Jigna fall down and Hema laughs at her. Jigna gets up and goes to downstairs but Anant was not there and asks them about him. Anant comes there saying that he was here only. Kanak comes there and asks what’s happening. Paresh mocks Jigna.
Kanak takes Jigna inside and informs her about the deal. Anant tells Paresh and Gehna that Kanak agreed for the deal and also about Kanak’s condition. Desai’s asks Kanak to not sell the house. Pankaj asks her to think about Praful and Jamuna at least. Kanak reminds him that it’s them who throw her out of the house but why now trying this emotional blackmail. Gehna tells her that relationship is powerful than money. Kanak mocks her and tells her that only money can buy everything and money is the most important to live and she has lot of money and leaves from there. Desai’s blames Gehna for their suffering.
Desai’s takes care of Kanak really well but it turns out to her dream and she notices that Desai’s eating together and she is alone. She goes to Jigna and tells her that still everyone loves Gehna but she is alone and cries. She tells her that party going to happen and she will prove that money matters than relationship. Jagadish asks Anant that how the latter can arrange 10 crore cash. Gehna suggests to arrange fake cash.
