Episode begins with Kabir tells Kamya that he found hotel and shows the parked truck to her saying that it’s the hotel room. She mocks him for his plan. He searches the truck driver but he could not find anyone. He tells her it’s safe so they are going to stay in this truck only. She asks him that what if this truck took them to somewhere else. He tells her that driver won’t come until morning. He tries to climbs up the top of the truck but falls on her. She mocks him. He tells her that because of his injury he fell down and he climbs up the top of the truck. She goes to medical shop and asks fever medicine for Kabir from shop owner saying that she don’t have money to pay for the medicine. She wonders that how she is going to arrange food.
She buys food and water by giving her ring. She climbs up the top of the truck. He asks her that who is he for her that she cares about him this much. She tells him that he helped her by taking her to his home so she is returning his favor that’s it. He teasingly says that let him hug her and she can return the hug too. She asks him to stop talking and eat. She feeds him and she eats too ( Title song plays in the background ). They lays down on the top of the truck and falls asleep. Driver starts driving his truck.
Sikandar’s goons reaches the location but they could not find anyone there. Goon calls Arjun and informs him that no one is there. Arjun learns that Kabir’s mobile is switched off now.
Next day, Dimpy taunts Suhani for eating without caring about Kabir. Suhani tells her that she already warned them to not let Kamya stay in their home but no one listened her and now the latter has problem with her eating too. Rajesh asks her to not forget that Dimpy is her mother in law. Suhani tells him that she talked to Sikandar about Kabir. Sarika asks them to not worry because Sikandar will find Kabir for sure. Dimpy says that Kabir loves Kamya that’s why he doing all this and she goes inside.
Kamya wakes up and notices that they are in somewhere else. She wakes Kabir up and asks him to find out about the location. They learns that they are out of Mumbai now. She glares him and scolds him. He tells her that he will sort out everything and asks her to calm down. He charges his mobile.
Arjun finds Kabir’s location and he informs about it to Sikandar. Kabir orders food from dhaba. Kamya tells him that they don’t have money. He says that one need to stay hungry to eat. He goes to washroom and then he returns. He calls Sikandar and informs him that he is with Kamya. She snatches the mobile from him and disconnects the call. Sikandar tells himself that Kamya has to die today.

Precap – Kamya tells Praful that she is still his daughter in law. Kabir gets shocked hearing her.
