Episode begins with Gehna asks Surya that why he is avoiding her. And what’s all this drama when he knows that she is not pregnant. He takes her to the stage and thanks guests for attending the party. He tells them that it’s a new chapter for him and Gehna so they wants their blessings. She ruins his dress deliberately to talk to him alone. He goes to his room and she follows him. He reminds her that maid is not allowed to enter his room. She asks him that if she is maid then why he is doing drama in front of others and why he lied to Praful about new business.
He tells her that she acted in front of his family so she invited her family so they can also enjoy her acting and he leaves the room. Suhani comes there and tells Gehna that the latter got trapped in her own plan. She warns her to not try to come in between her and Surya. Gehna tells her that the latter won’t be able to say anything when Surya get to know the truth and leaves from there. She thinks that she has to tell the pregnancy truth to Praful and Jamuna.
Meanwhile, Pankaj and Chetan takes Jamuna aside and helps her to sit on the chair. Chetan asks her to take her medicines on time or else she will end up in hospital. Gehna hears that and asks them that what happened to Jamuna. Chetan informs her that Jamuna’s heart has blockage so she is taking medicines. Gehna gets worried. Jamuna tells her that she is fine and happy too because the latter is pregnant. Meanwhile, Kanak asks Suhani to do something because Desais taking her with them. Suhani asks her to leave because she finished her job.
Praful asks Gehna to not worry because Surya will take care of her. Jamuna asks Kanak to get ready to leave. Gehna tells her that she wants Kanak to stay with her. She recalls that how Kanak threatened her by showing the video in which she was doing household chores like maid. Praful tells Gehna that Kanak can stay with her if that’s what she wants then. Desais leaves from there.
Suhani and Arjun discuss about Surya and also about Sikandar’s release. Gehna overhears their conversation. Suhani tells Surya that she is proud of him and gives milk to him. Gehna spikes Surya’s milk without anyone’s knowledge. He gets stomachache after drinking milk. Later, Doctor examines Surya and tells them that it could be kidney related issue so one person has to stay with Surya to take care of him. And he can say anything after seeing the report. Gehna decides to take care of Surya. But Suhani stops her. Gehna says that it looks like Suhani want to wake care of Surya. Suhani says that she will take care of her son. She struggles to stay awake whole night to take care of Surya.

Precap – Doctor suggests kidney transplant to save Surya. Gehna tells him that she is ready to give her kidney to Surya.
