Episode begins with Gehna wishes happy anniversary to Abhay and tells him that she made his favorite dishes. Abhay’s mother tells Priya that Gehna putting herself in danger. Priya says that Gehna didn’t make Abhay’s favourite dishes and asks her that why the latter didn’t stop Gehna. Abhay asks Gehna that how she knows about his favorite dishes. She tells him that no one informed her but she made by herself. He eats it without saying anything which shocks his mother and Priya. He thinks that Gehna made Anant’s favourite dishes. She asks him to take her out for long drive. He thinks that he has to find out that how much she remembers her past. She thinks that he is hiding something from her and she will find out the truth.
Later, he stops the car in front of Desai mansion to see her reaction. She plans to visit medical shop. She asks him to stop the car in front of medical shop saying that she has to visit medical shop. She buys face wash and other things. She gives her medicine to shop owner and asks him to find out about medicine.
Abhay comes there so she takes him from there. He tells her that he is happy that he spent whole day with her. She thinks that he is not leaving her alone for a second also and asks him that when he will visit clinic. He tells her that he is a responsible doctor and she need not to teach him anything. She says that he is a big doctor and she is proud that he saves many people’s life. He goes to take shower. She finds her medicine.
Abhay traces Gehna’s tracker. Gehna hears his footsteps and acts like she is searching her earring. She is glad that she found the medicine name. In the middle of the night, Gehna steals Abhay’s mobile and unlocks it. He murmurs in sleep that Gehna just belongs to him and no one can snatch her from him. She goes to washroom and finds out that her medicine makes her forget the past memories. He knocks the door and she drops the mobile in shock.
He warns her to open the door. She opens it and smiles at him. He asks her that what was she doing in the washroom at this time. She tells him that she just wanted to use washroom. She asks him to leave saying that she has to wash her hands. Then she takes his mobile from floor and puts it near him. She lays down on the bed beside him. She wonders that why he is giving this medicine to her and decides to stop consuming the medicine.
Next day, Abhay tells Gehna that he is leaving for clinic and gives medicine to everyone. Gehna wonders that why he is giving this medicine to his mother and Priya. She sends him to bring water and takes the medicines from his mother and Priya saying that she will explain later.
